Ordered food for the family and it was all wrong which means over charged for food I did not receive. Hire people that understand what work means. This is the second time this crap has happened. Ive worked fast food back in the day and this location is by far one of the worst in Tennessee which is sad sense others from the highway go too. Ill help those out and warn them before visiting to ruin there trip. Dont worry posts are being made by others as well on Facebook and that spreads fast sense everyone uses Facebook. Never again at this location. Waste of time waiting over 30min and the order was still wrong. Would give a 0 star with this crap!!!!!

Onions a terrible and if you order a regular cheeseburger or hamburger they are usually cold. Messy and you can see if there is anything between the buns until you pull them apart.. Wendy's is much better with better service.

Just to clarify—my 5-star rating is in comparison to other McDonald's locations, not restaurants in general. 😊 Lately, my visits to McDonald's haven't lived up to the usual standard I expect. But this team absolutely nailed it! I placed my order through the app, which always makes me a little nervous since there's no direct interaction with the staff. When I arrived, I waited about a minute for them to finish my order—totally reasonable. And here's the surprise: everything was exactly as I ordered it. McDonald's usually forgets the extra sauce on my steak and cheese bagel, but not this team! They got it all right. Huge thanks to the McDonald's team in Lebanon for delivering a flawless experience!

I was in the drive-thru at the Highway 109 McDonald’s and saw what I believe is the new manager, Johana, she was extremely rude to her coworkers. She was talking down to them right in front of me which sets a bad example for the team. On top of that, she had an AirPod in while working, which looks really unprofessional for a manager. It’s disappointing to see that kind of behavior from a manager — I won’t be coming back to this location.
Ordered one of their meal deals. The burger wasn't anything like the one pictured on their website. Almost nothing! Nuggets came with it including sauce. When I looked at my receipt, they charged me extra for the sauce. I was there at the noon hour, but for most of the time, I was the only person there eating. I can see why. I will never go back!

Just keep going to the next exit. The Wendy’s, McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Dunkin are all crap on this strip. Taco Bell gives you no meat. McDonald’s looks like someone sat in your sandwich every time while the sweet tea tastes like garbage water. Idk what body part I’ll get in my meal next at Wendy’s. Last time they handed me a drink with a finger nail on it. And Dunkin is a disorderly crap show. There is better food when you go to exits past East or west.
