My new bride and I had our wedding reception here on 10-4. The restaurant booked it as a private event and we had the entire place to ourselves. Each guest was greeted at the front door as they arrived, and food was started promptly once everyone was there. They were so friendly and accommodating! We were initially given a family style food selection, which proved problematic when trying to pick something all of our guests would enjoy. In a strange twist of fortune, we actually ended up benefitting from COVID, as family/food bar style serving was ruled out. Due to COVID, we were offered a plated dinner selection where each person picked their own entrée from a limited menu, and we picked two sides that everyone would have. We put together a list of everyone's entrée choice and sent it to them ahead of time. Everyone really enjoyed their food, the portions were EXTREMELY generous, and the restaurant was beautiful. I will note that they got one of our sides wrong. We had asked for southern style green beans, but we're not even sure what we received. It was some form of mixed vegetables, but most definitely wasn't green beans. That was really the only complaint we had, though. The other side was roasted potatoes and everyone really enjoyed those, so we didn't even bother raising it as an issue while we were there. The simple fact is that everything else was done so well that we were very willing to overlook this. All in all, this place is definitely worth visiting if you're in the area. Due to COVID, I believe they have adopted a new business model centering on catering events on site, though. It may be worth contacting them ahead of time to verify before you drive over there.

I want this place to do well so badly, but the service is just not there. We’ve been here multiple times, and each time (other than one) the service is just bad. No one at the front door to great you is not a good look, but even worse when people at the bar say to you “they’ll be right with you” is just bad. The food is good at times, I’ve seen a steak go back two times to get it right, and the spare ribs just aren’t my favorite. The loaded Meatloaf is great. The sides are amazing, and are really the only reason we keep going back. The sides are really that good, especially the Mac and cheese and the corn. Clean up your issues because Lebanon needs a good food option other than chains.

Nice atmosphere and good food. Unfortunately we where told that night was there last. They are closing due to COVID. Owner said he was keeping the catering side of the business only, closing restaurant.

So sad to see this place close...one of Lebanon's hidden gems. Great food and service. Elegant atmosphere and very good service. Brandi is amazing and very personable. If you have an event to plan or need catering I highly recommend this place. They will keep catering open.

Food was good and waitress was great. However, not one of the staff was wearing a mask despite the mayor's guidance and an ongoing pandemic that has spread to nearly 1000 cases withing the county. I ate there nearly a week ago so if things have changed that is great; however, I was not impressed with the hygiene aspects of this visit when compaired to other businesses and restuarant I've visited both locally and even abroad.

MoCara was amazing at accommodating our last minute need for a venue only 5 days before prom. They were flexible on menu choices, very reasonable on prices, and gave us plenty of time to set up & take down. It worked out great that guests (or parents) had the option to make dinner reservations for before or during our event. This room was the perfect size for our group of 50 (could have fit more) and it decorated up so nicely. Having the huge windows open was perfect. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next event.
