Quick pickup of my take out order in this miserable rainy night. Simple and no ready to take it home to sleep hopefully 😴😴 with a full tummy!!

Menu clearly stated that they have a lunch special on Sundays outside of the buffet. However, the waiter and the manager said that the only Sunday special is the buffet. We suggested that they revise the menu to remove the lunch special fajitas on Sundays because it is very misleading. Neither of us wanted the buffet, so we had to change our selections as a result.

One of the orders was incorrect, although the waiter caught the mistake and corrected it.

The food quality was ok, but it was much better in the past. We had good food here in the past, so it was disappointing to have a mediocre lunch this time.

There are many other Mexican restaurants in town. This disappointing experience will make us explore these other options. Perhaps, we will find a different go-to Mexican restaurant in the process.

Not good, it wasn’t the first time we had it a while ago, but we wanted to give it another shot. The picture shows the portion size for an adult, dinner entree, and the tortillas are stuck together and rubberized. Don’t wast your money.

This spot used to be a staple for local Mexican food. Not the case anymore. Today was as bad as it gets. The waitress was a deer in headlights, coming back to the table to verify the order four times. She forgot everything from chicken or steak, to saying the wrong items altogether. I had to stop a manager to get the cheese dip after sitting for 25 minutes. Then the food came with rot on the baked potato. Sent that back and the next time my potato was burnt.

The food is okay. But they use a lemon smelling cleaner which is so strong it’s overpowering and gives me a headache. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten a headache so I stopped going. I hope they read this because that strong smell, for some, is a real problem.

Decided to try Mr. Pancho's after shopping at Lucky Bundle this afternoon. We were VERY disappointed! One of the WORST Mexican restaurants around!! Chips and salsa were tasteless, not to mention extremely watery. Rice was dry and hard w/ absolutely no resemblance of Mexican flavor. We were SHOCKED and APPAULED that anyone in their right mind would consider this food appetizing!
Not to mention the restaurant itself was old, dark, uninviting and had an odd fishy smell. The layout was bad and was unclean...Bathrooms were disgusting! Hand soap was watered down, garbage can was spilling over w/ dirty paper towels and the lock on one of the stalls in the Ladies Room was broken.

The ONLY saving grace in our experience at Mr. Pancho's was our waitress, Jocie. She was very attentive and polite. We greatly appreciated her hospitality. PLEASE consider giving her a raise.

All in all, we would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your $$ for REAL Mexican food in surrounding cities like Murfreesboro, Smyrna or Nashville!!

I have been sitting in a booth for over 45 minutes. I arrived at 845 and they close at 1030. So far nobody has even acknowledged my table to even get me my drink order. Saying the customer service is trash is beyond an understatement. There's a total of 8 people in the main dining area and multiple servers and employees are sitting 2 booths away playing in their phones. If I could give my experience a 0 star review I absolutely would

We were there last night .. Took friends out to eat Ordered a chicken Fajita with no onions got it and it was full of onions sent it back came with lots of peppers 5 small pieces of chicken!!!!!!! Very disappointed... WE apologised to our to our friends I only wished it could of turned out better
