Very nice couple running the truck the food was fantastic i actually had one of the Mexican food trucks and my daughter ate a cheeseburger from here and of course had to take dad tax’s on her burger but is was very good and should note my daughter eats her burgers plain just cheese and I realized I messed up and should have been eating here the whole time and had to go back a second time for myself have to try it

Nash Kebab is one of those hidden gems that, once you experience it, you will wish you had discovered it a long time ago.
I first visited their truck in February 2022 and I just keep coming back.
If I had to sum up what brings me back in one word, it’s the taste. They provide familiar food options done with a true culinary flare, and also some inventive food options that I’ve always been glad that I tried.
The food quality and taste is definitely way above average food truck fare! You'll know this yourself from the first bite.
Oh, and the folks working in the truck are the owners of the business, so you better believe they live and breathe quality in food ingredients, preparation, and presentation. Want extra onions and no tzaziki sauce? No problem. Nice friendly down-home people too!

They had the food truck at the Castle Studios benefit for Rural Animal Rescue Effort…everything was outstanding! Not the usual Sysco product gyro meat here…this is the real deal! Freshly marinaded lamb perfectly seasoned. Great job! Highly recommend!

They kept taking orders at the event I was at even though the wait time was longer than the length of the event. If they had let customers know about the wait time, we could have gone to one of the other food trucks rather than waste time and money.

I wish I had a photo to share but I ate model lol.We had the food truck visit our neighborhood for dinner. I ordered the chicken kebab plate with the pita base. Everything was super fresh and tasty. Fresh cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and sliced onions. There was plenty of grilled chicken and the tzatziki sauce was out of this world. The pita was fresh and soft. Very nice. It came with a side of fries that were very good too. Many restaurants do not put the effort in the fries, but they did. They were great.At first I was a little disappointed with the projected cook time of 45 minutes. But the meal was ready in about 25 minutes. Worth it!!!!!!Highly recommend.
