We had 45 minute but we had a great dinner food was great I had the 2 lobster tails which was great my husband had sirloin and Alice Spring chicken, the chicken was moist and great the sirloin was mostly seasoned wellbut it was tough at medium rare it shouldn't have been at that temp.

Food was very bland. No flavor. Steak was definitely under seasoned. Shrimp was terrible, way too dry. Still advertising specials no longer on the menu. Definitely a disappointing meal for $100. Sounds like some inconsistencies during shift change? Let employees finish what their working on before leaving/starting to avoid these issues.
Also to mention, staff need to be more professional and handle outside conversations elsewhere. A few spoke about difficult customers etc. Won't be coming back to this location and that's unfortunate as we travel this route often.

Went to Outback in Lebanon, TN. My wife and I only ordered a bowl of potatoe soup. After we were seated we waited an hour. Server kept apologizing between his smoke breaks. Once we received the soup it was cold. We walked out. Never again.

I came in for a beer after a disappointing birthday dinner elsewhere. I mentioned to the bartender (I hate that I didn’t catch her name, she was SO kind) that I didn’t get to do a dessert at the other restaurant because of my allergies and they’re lack of care, and she got me a slice of cheesecake so I’d have something I didn’t have to worry about. It was so close to closing time, she really didn’t have to, but she truly made my night. I wish I knew her name but the Monday night bartender is an angel and I hope she knows that!

Tried the blooming fried chicken. Tasty, moist, the breading doesn't stick to the chicken. Large portion of fried mushrooms as an appetizer. Blooming batter doesn't stick well to mushrooms either. They looked bad, but they were tasty.
