Really liked going to this place expect for the past 2 times everytime I order I haven’t had any problems but for the last 2 visits I went I ordered a chicken noddle soup bowl literally got 2 noddles 2 pieces of chicken I paid 9 Somthimg after tax

Had a good dinner here tonight. Food was warm and tasty. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was clean the bathroom was literally freshly cleaned right when I walked in. Make sure to check your food if you order takeout as they were missing some items to people's orders, but were happy to correct any mistakes.

Placed a pick up order that said it would be ready at 7:15. Arrived at the drive thru like instructed and waited for 15 minutes before someone came over to tell me they didn’t have the bagel I ordered. Spent 30 minutes waiting for my pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15.

Homeless people in parking lot, takes forever when no one’s in there. Forgets items in order. Doesn’t give you the sandwiches or sides that you order and it costs approximately $25 for one sandwich.

So any of the good things I’d have to say about this location are counteracted by the fact that there was hair in my salad! I have had hair in my food from Panera in several locations when I lived in NY and now I don’t know why I’m surprised to find another one down here. They must not practice good hygiene at any of their locations! I’m done with Panera as far as I can help it!

Jessica was amazing! We were traveling with our dogs, so I called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, she came outside with cups of cold water and pup cups for both of our dogs. She also took very good care of the six people in our group. She's a huge asset to this location and the company! If we lived closer, we'd be back all the time!

Today I went through the drive through to get 2 bagels, a cream cheese and a chocolate chip cookie. They gave me only 1 bagel and an iced cookie. I had to park and go inside to have my order corrected. They also did not provide utensils. So frustrating!!
