It’s not expensive, they are very quick with making the pizza. There is one lady named Jada that is very nice and always gets my pizza with some sauces! Papa John’s is my favorite way over other pizza places. Jada is my best friend at Papa John’s.

Well I ordered here for the last time. Spent hundreds here only to be called a liar that my order was incorrect and burnt. The pizza is hard and breaks, the breadsticks are crunchy, overcooked, and the wrong ones for my order.
I’m always super chill, calmly asked for a refund on the items with issues only… but I’m a liar apparently! Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here. Other local options are equal in comparison. Find better service.

I've never had an issue with this location & I've been ordering from them since they opened. I recently used the app & accidentally ordered the pickup at the wrong location 2 counties away! I called and explained, and the person working at this location was so very helpful. She refunded my money, so I could place it at the right location as we were not in Lebanon at the time. They went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Papa John's!

Tried to order a pizza like I have in the past and they declined my card. My debit card and account are working just fine, as I called my bank to verify that there's no problem with my account. Why did your store in Lebanon, TN decline it, pray tell.
Decided to give papa another try tonight. Times change, staff does too, maybe things would be better.
Genuinely the worst pizza I've ever had. It looked as if the crust had been stretched to the thickness of a piece of paper. A large section of the pizza had nothing on it but cheese? No sauce or anything just cheese that had curled up and papery thin crust underneath.
I gave it a try anyways. The crust had a soft cardboard texture, the cheese was unsettlingly chewy, and you could taste the age of the toppings. Big BIG mistake on my part.
The bigger mistake is keeping this location open. Has been a disappointment for years and doesn't appear that's ever going to change.
If I wanted to spend $20 on disappointment I'd have played the lottery.

Pizza sliced poorly. Crust overdone instead of just crisp. Paid for ranch did not receive. Box that breadsticks were in had a ton of grease on the bottom that got a ton of grease on the pizza box top. Pepperonis burnt and I like them crisp but this was just $33 wasted. So disappointing...
