When I walked in i was not greeted whatsoever. I stood in line and when I got to the cash register the assistant manger BRAIN took care of me and was very disrespectful and unwelcoming. I would not go here again and some changes NEED to be made!

My go-to gas station when on my road trips is the Pilot Travel Center. However, I have added Love's and Flying J Travel Centers since my last Texas trip back in June 2023. Anyway, I was at almost half a tank of gas left for use and decided to pump one final time before arriving in Nashville, TN. Of course I had about 35 mins driving time left so I could have waited, but when I saw Pilot, I exited because you never know when the next time it'll show up again. Grateful that Pilot is open 24 hours everywhere.This gas station was very clean and well lit as most Pilots usually are. Gas price for Regular 87 was $2.93 per gallon... nice! Less than $20 total for half a tank... can't beat that! I didn't use the restroom, hence, I have no moment on the inside food mart or staff. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the low cost in gas prices. Thank you Pilot!

The truck parking is trash and not much space available if any, but the inside of this Pilot is excellent and clean, showers are clean and employees are nice.

Rude staff, go across the street for a more pleasant experience. Staff to concerned with selling lottery tickets and their telephone than they are with taking care of the customers. Go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did

Worst slice of pizza I’ve ever had! The slice was plenty big, and the crust was actually pretty good too. But the sauce, toppings and cheese really had very little flavor!Next time I’ll go out of my way to the new Love’s truck stop on 840 and get a slice of Godfather’s Pizza!! They know how to do pizza! This place sure doesn’t!!

How do you not have printer paper in your gas area. Your mainly a gas station. Go inside there is one lady not doing anything and a line of 8 people at the other area.
The service here has been great, but their dining area is very dirty. Not a single clean table.

Knowing my luck, I'd get stuck in traffic, so I decided not to tempt fate and just stop...even though stopping anywhere during this pandemic is not ideal. I was elated to see a large sign on the door stating masks are required at this location. As I walked in, I saw employees and patrons alike were following the rules and wearing masks...well, except for two patrons. The bathrooms were somewhat clean for a Pilot, which means they are better than most anywhere else. Good to know that if I ever need to stop close to home again, this location is a contender.

This location is really good. I really enjoy coming to this truck stop. It’s clean and the employees are always friendly towards me. The establishment is respectable and it’s one, if not the best, Pilot locations.

It's your normal pilot but those chicken wings were on point ! They really hit the spot. The people there were really nice and it's convenient to have a subway and Cinnabon right there
