Floor was sticky. Clearly the restaurant is past it's prime. Servers didn't seem to know too much about what was going on. We had to wait several minutes for someone to even come to the front desk to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was okay, nothing special. Salad bar was mostly as expected except the lettuce was not fresh. Prices were too high for the quality of service and the quality of the food. Very unremarkable meal and unmemorable except for the bill...

The guy working there had no gloves on and he was picking things out of the food in the salad bar with his hands then wiping them on his pants and when we said something he did it again on another item...we use tongs and clean plates. He works there where are his gloves

They had no bartender when me and my friend came in at 3pm we both ordered a margarita. Our waitress had no clue on how to make them the (male) manager had no idea how to make it instead he put way to much strawberry mix after admitting he did it .. the margarita was so bad it was so thick that it tasted like sugar only the next drink was the same..i walked out of there with a severe headache its 8:33 on I'm at home and still battling with a severe migraine can't eat because my head and stomach hurt so bad...i will not be returning back.. need to hire more qualified staff and have bartenders on stand by.. The worse service ever...

My husband and i was just there we waited a good min before being seated. Then the waiter put us in the smallest booth ever, then the waiter took the couple that came in behind us order. We never had this issue before. This was very poorly handled. It felt like it may of been a race issue because we are a mixed couple. We won't be back for a long while. Didn't even see if we was ready or see if we wanted our drinks. Very unhappy. We waited about 10 to 20 min to be seated, the bartender saw us but kept talking to the other customer at the bar then once seated the waiter went to the couple behind us didn't even bother to come take our drink order we was ready to order. Still nothing the other couple told him they wasn't ready but he insisted they ordered. We waited another 15 to 20 min & ended up leaving. Also the bartender that seated us sat us in a tiny booth no space to do anything.

My last visit at Lebanon’ s restaurant was disappointing. Food had too much salt ( Asiago chicken, mini burgers ). Family of 3 and paid almost $90.00. Very expensive for the quality of the food.
Atmosphere had a vibe that I didn’t like. Too quiet, empty and boring. Nothing cheerful about it.
I used to like this restaurant but for me this was the last visit.
You definitely need a change, you need a different management with a new vision. Otherwise this restaurant will close permanently.
Advice - when you see an empty restaurant at 6 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday : turn around and leave.

Bought a cheeseburger to go. Go home and it was literally meat, cheese, and 4-5 shreds of lettuce. LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE! No ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, etc. Paid 14.99 for a patty of meat, a slice of cheese, and a bun, with a dozen soggy French fries! Highway Robbery! Do yourself a favor and just go to a fast food restaurant. Any of them are BETTER AND CHEAPER! Last time I EVER go to Ruby Tuesday.
We ordered a take out order. When my husband arrived to pick up at the time the order said it would be ready, it wasn't. He had to wait for 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn't even busy. The staff wasn't helpful or nice. We got home and the food was gross. Reached out to complain but no response. We've never had a good visit here. Either the food is terrible or the service is. Only reason we went this time was we had a gift card.

The food was really horrible. Steak Ramen bowl was not even cooked, veggies were cold, not cooked. Sauce was cold. Chicken was all fat. 2 ribeyes looked like they had been microwaved. Tough as cardboard. Truly horrible meal.

We moved to Lebanon about 6 months ago and was excited to have a Ruby Tuesdays close by. I’ve been to this location three times. I had hoped the first time was just an off night with service but the food was ok. The second time was just as bad with service and the atmosphere was dead. The food was mediocre at best. But I’m a sucker for the salad bar so we tried it one last time. The service was horrible. Waited 15 mins to get our drink order taken. We were there an hour and a half before getting our food. Asked for to-go boxes, had to get them myself and basically had to demand the check or I was leaving without it. The salad bar cooler was broken on one side and they turned the temps down to compensate so the lettuce was frozen. They were out of multiple toppings that they never replaced. Chicken tenders were bricks. We will never be back to this restaurant.

the worse possible food and service, 2 cheese burgers and wings 1hr41 mins later,the kitchen is so nasty, total disappointment just gross no manager to even help , close your doors
My family and I were very excited to try ruby tuesdays and we didn’t think it would be too long of a wait since the restaurant was mostly empty. The drinks took a long time to get brought out, We were left waiting for over an hour for our food to come. We wanting to leave because it was absolutely ridiculous.
The staff was very nice and we didn't want for anything. The salad bar was a little sad so I passed on it.

Ordered through doordash 1/17/25 @ 6:15pm. As I'm leaving this review it's 7:30pm and I still don't have my order!!! 2 different Dashers have sent me messages stating that my order hasn't even been started yet! This is NO WAY to run a business. Find a better way to accommodate ALL CUSTOMERS NOT JUST THE ONES WHO ARE IN THE RESTAURANT!
