This particular location is the worst . The pb swizzle barely has peanut butter even when you pay for extra. Also they close at 9 pm but I have gone 10-15 mins before they close just to be told that they are no longer taking orders . I mean why have a closing time if they are not gonna serve customers till then? This is the only location that I’ve experienced this kind of service at and it’s just disappointing ? The team members at this location are careless and it shows .

I ordered online and went to pick up through the drive thru. I was abruptly told “it’s going to be a long time, you should come inside”. I inquired why it would matter if I ordered and he snapped and said “it will be faster”. I asked how I can cancel my order, to which he replied “I could care less how you cancel your order”. I went inside hoping to speak to a manager, and he said he was the manager! I said I wanted to speak to someone above him & he said “well you’ll have to wait for my boss”. I asked for a phone number and it became a very hostile conversation where he was being so disrespectful & telling me he was a grown man & could care less who he talked to!! The very sweet girl behind the counter continued to make my bowl & was very polite and obviously uncomfortable with her “managers behavior”. I used to regularly order from this location, however I will be finding a new place to give my business to.

This is the worst smoothie king around. They take insanely long because they’re too busy playing around. The smoothies never taste good, the last one I ordered from here tasted like it had soap in it.
