My boyfriend and I will never ever be back there ever again unless something changes there like have a actual Adult be a manager at night and not no teenagers who doing know what the hell their doing especially the 16yr old that is there Lindsay she was very rude to us so was the other teenage girl in charge. My boyfriend ordered hot fudge shake it didn't have fudge in it more vanilla then fudge my boyfriend can't eat vanilla ice cream the person was gonna make my boyfriend pay for the the chocolate shake when the hot fudge shake didn't come out right. I ordered Sweet Tea it was unsweetened I told the girl brought out 2nd time unsweetened with packages of sugar really Lindsay and other manager should be fired for the way they tweeted us. Also teenagers come there to drive their vehicles fast tear up signs just drives wrecklessly people in charge at night don't care or do their jobs right we won't be back there ever again unless things changes. Need to train them all right have a actual Adult manager not kids running it to the ground.

I have to wait ten to 20 minutes for my order and that is ridiculous for only ordering two small things. It’s like they don’t care about the customers they take their time walking to the cars and always have to go back for sauce. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else.

I have been coming to this location my entire life. I have been here twice this week and both times my food was awful. I have gotten tater tots that taste like chemicals and had random fries in them. I also got a GRILLED CHEESE with random pieces of lettuce all over the paper and in the sandwich, disgusting. Wish I had spent my money at the other side of town. It’s not even wasting gas to go out of the way to another Sonic because of how disappointing this one is. Unfortunately, it’s gone down hill. 0/10.

We waited over 10 minutes to order a few nights ago but the food was good and they only had two workers so we stopped back today and had a horrible experience…. We ordered a shake and got a watered down mess of milk and strawberry stuff (they must’ve been out of ice cream) it was way too full and when the worker handed it in our jeep it spilled all over our vehicle and my spouse. I asked for a wet cloth and refund and they wanted to worry about getting our card to charge for a cheese stick and drink or I could give it all back to go in the trash. Because they couldn’t let us use a clean towel we became in a hurry to get one and were expected to give them the other items to throw away.
Before the last two visits we always had good service and food here. This Sarah person in charge today needs a serious lesson in customer satisfaction. You lost customers today that come often by being rude and worrying about less then $10 in product you were already out.
Unprofessional service for delivery drivers, especially disrespectful behavior, is uncalled for. We make money for your store too, drop the attitude.

My experience tonight was awful. I sat there 30min waiting on food. Watched the girl start to My car only to turn around and go bk in when I asked about it another 10min later they tried to tell me it's bc I wasn't in my spot when she brought the food... so they finally bring it out and my shakes are literally melted all the food cold fries so hard we can't eat them my meal was $27 and it wasn't worth having. This should be a zero star review!
