I was going to stop at the location by work in Mt. Juliet but decided to stop at this one close to home. I had my order loaded up on the app (which was just a Coke Zero with lime) and when I visited the pick up location from My. Juliet to here, my total rose significantly. Just for the lime it was almost double. On top of that soda tasted weird and the lime was old.

No wonder the line at In N Out is always long. My burger came out cold with a hard bun, my wrap was not edible due to a hard chicken strip and sooo much sauce its all you could taste. My wife's chilli cheese wrap had a small smear of chilli and a bag full of corn chips in it. The only good thing was our drinks. They were not busy, so that can't be used as an excuse, there were only 3 other cars.

I always order from sonic especially the drinks today I went to pick up my order a lady named Mrs Jenifer was so rud to me she screamed at me I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or something I even told her she was being rude I was there to pickup an order she asked for my name and started to question me for a reason she thought it was a DoorDash but I never said it was a DoorDash order I always order there I know everybody they are so nice but her she was something else

I haven't had a blast in a long time like years but got one today for me and my daughter, both of the small blast had a giant hole all the way to the bottom of the cup , idk I don't remember them having a giant hole , maybe their machine is messed up ? Or maybe it's a new hire ? Idk

If I pull in at 5:57 a.m. you could just go ahead and make my food, your job is not that hard and I guarantee I'm going to get it after 6:00 and you're going to charge my card after 6:00 so just go ahead and do it or I'll do what I do this morning and go somewhere else. And then boom I never come to Sonic again because now I know that Hardee's is open before Sonic so why would I sit there and wait for 3 minutes when I could just go to Hardee's and get my food?

This location is terrible. I don't usually come to this location, but if you come here and order let's say a milkshake, they'll end up getting the order wrong and then you'll be sitting there for 30-35 minutes just to for them to make it right, and that is unacceptable. They'll make excuses saying they're short staffed or something. Don't bother coming here.
