Please fix the craters in your driveway and put an out of order sign on the back side of the stall so I can tell before I pull into a parking spot. I tried three times to find a parking place.

I always come here and sometimes there’s been a couple mistakes ,but I usually don’t mind. But it just sucks when you order and pay for a drink with extra things added. And you get a completely different drink no added extras and it’s luke warm.

Girl taking our order interrupted us while i was saying my order and told us the total before we were finished. Carhop melicia was very sweet and patient and fixed it for us!

I asked for a milkshake and it was all whipped cream and cookies if you go here ask for no whip cream and you might get more ice cream
For fast food, Sonic is pretty good. My only negative comment for Sonic would be that corporate needs to invest in their ordering boards at the car stalls. They have to many problems, some work, some don't, and the payment screen fails to often. If they can't fix minor issues like this, how can a customer trust their debit card isn't being scammed?No changes to my original comments. Sonic really needs to update &/or fix their car stall menu boards. On October 11th, 2023 Lebanon, Tennessee W. Main St location. The menu board went blank and not able to see anything about my payment. Fix the boards!!

I don't have my food (yet) so these 5 stars are for the service. Thanks to whoever took my order and helped me since the Sonic App ordering was not available for this location. I haven't felt good today (this weekend honestly) so I'm happy that at least this was a pleasant experience.

Just sat there for 30 minutes and never got my order. Out dated card reader refused to accept payment. When I asked about my food was told it was going to be right out. Left 10 minutes later after watching multiple people with much larger orders recive
