Wait time is absolutely ridiculous even though no one was even there. After pressing red button I must have waited 25 min smh and this is at 2 pm not even like it’s a lunch or dinner rush and to top off all this you can hear the workers inside having a great time so it seems they have time for jokes and fun but not to take your order I’m pulling out do to another truck pulling in and getting there order first won’t ever be back

Every time we go there we will sit at the speaker for 30-45 minutes after we hit the button and it says activated someone will be with your shortly. Ok shortly means 10-15 minutes top of busy. It was not busy we sat at that speaker for almost an hr another car pulls up and gets their order taken. We got there at 5pm and left at 5:48pm. We will no longer visit sonic ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. The employees are disrespectful and steal from you. I placed an order on the app and selected the sauces I wanted included. I was brought my food and after checking, did not receive my sauces. I then asked the girl for sauces and she brought out only some of them - not all. I then asked someone else to bring them and they ignored me and did not return. Finally, I had to push the order button to ask for my sauces. The girl told me they “charge for extra sauces.” What “extra sauces” are you referring to??? The ones I originally ordered and YOU left out?? My poor grandmother fell for her disgusting tactics and paid this girl cash for sauces that should have been and are included for free. No other location has ever treated me this way or charged me for sauces. I am appalled at this behavior and have already filed a complaint. Beware this location.

Place my order. Machine will not read my card. I know it works. Person brings my food, I end up paying in cash. They didn't have any change. They leave and come back. In that amount of time I look in the bag I have no ketchup with my French fries. When they came back to hand me my change which I've already tipped them ask them for ketchup. They said okay. And then never came back. I'm also adding a picture of the pathetic looking french fries that I got. They brag about their groovy freeze these things aren't groovy at all. They're very lame.

it is your typical sonic experience. The food is good, the service OK, and you sit in your car. I don't see how most fast food restaurants can get higher than 3 stars, but it was a fine experience, just your typical fast food.
