My wife and I live in Mt. Juliet and are used to the ground-breakingly bad service offered by the Sonic on South Mt. Juliet Road, where the food is always cold and the service is lousy.
We tried this Sonic location today and had the opposite experience—the server was friendly and smiley, all the food was hot and fresh, and delivered in a timely manner. The drinks were DELICIOUS as well.
My wife and I have agreed that we will go out of our way in the future to patronize this Sonic location, even though it is 7 miles from our house. Keep up the great work, guys! It’s appreciated.

**Disappointing Experience at Sonic in Lebanon, TN**
I visited the Sonic location on Eastgate Blvd in Lebanon, TN, on Saturday, August 10th, at 10:58 PM. According to both Google and Sonic’s website, the store is supposed to close at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. However, this location seems to consistently close an hour earlier than the posted hours. If you actually close at 11 PM, please update your hours accordingly.
To make matters worse, the associate and manager on duty were extremely rude and refused to serve me, even though I arrived before the posted closing time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Sonic, you need to do better. Accurate hours and respectful customer service should be a given.
The woman taking orders at 7:50pm on 7/12/2024 was the most hateful person I have ever encountered in the food industry. Her attitude was atrocious enough but when my child decided to change from tot’s to fries she cut our order off. There was still another person who needed to order. No matter the fact that we pressed the button again three times. They still refused to acknowledge our button press. I’m a manager at a different chain of customer service and if it had been my employee they would have been fired. You don’t treat customers like that.

Drove across town Sunday because it was one of the only places open late, only to be told at 9:50 that they’re closed. Online it says they close at 11. Dozen cars in the parking lot. I don't get it
