We ordered a half sweet/unsweet tea and an unsweet tea. Both drinks were half sweet/unsweet. We ordered two chili dogs which we customized. My husband’s chili dog had no chili. Our food tasted good but our order was not fixed correctly.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Sonic. Every time I go—well before closing time—they’re already shut down. No lights, no service, nothing. If you’re going to list certain hours, you should actually be open for them. It’s frustrating to drive out of my way only to find the place closed early yet again. Definitely not the kind of reliability you expect from a place you want to grab a quick bite. Do better, Sonic.

Terrible service people are rude put items on my bill that I didn’t want and still ended up paying for it and Melissa was rude when she brought our food out and I’m missing items on my order definitely will not be going back

A group of us pulled up at 10:46PM to order. Hours clearly state the establishment is open until 12AM. Sonic associates stated they were not taking any more orders, except DoorDash. If you aren’t open until midnight, change your hours to reflect such. If you are open until midnight, your team is exemplifying bad business practices.

Management at this store is horrible and I will not be coming back again! STEALING money from customers! What happened? I order a chilly cheese Cony for $3 with a rootbeer float for my order. I had a lovely person take my order but did not read back the order to me/I did not comfirm order. She accidently ordered me a chilly cheese tots for $4.50. No worries, I was absolutely in no rush and it was simple mistake! I kindly told them when I noticed my food was wrong. A crew members came out to replace the order, a classic swap. I asked if the price was corrected? She told me that the manager was NOT going to correct it because I paid for chilly cheese tots. The crew member did end up giving me a $1 bill (still under) because she felt bad. I felt so bad for that crew member and I didn't want that nice crew member to be in the middle of it so I left. This is completely outrageous of the manager there, taking money!!

In the past year I have only eating at this Sonic three times because every time I go there when I get done eating the food is terrible I believe it is the people that are making the food but each time the food has been terrible and I feel sick afterwards if I eat it

Fast, easy, and budget-friendly
Swung by the Sonic on Highway 109 and was in and out quick. Service was fast, food came out hot, and the price was right. Sometimes you just want something simple and satisfying without the wait, and this Sonic delivered. Solid experience all around.
I spent $14 on one combo. The #3 added bacon and got cheese sticks instead of fries or tots and a large sweet tea. Taylor brought out the ordered and I asked her if there was marinara in the bag, she ran back inside before I could even check the bag. I did not have marinara in the bag so I hit the button to ask for marinara, they charged me .55 cents. Should it not have came with my order? Then they send out a guy named Logan because Taylor didn’t want to deal with it. Very poor customer service at this location. By far the worst location I’ve stopped at. Then, when I went to open the marinara sauce, one of them had a hole in it.

I want to say that this is my favorite Sonic of all time. Courtney made our recent visit especially special with her kind service and carefully wrapped food. Sonic is somewhere I’ve loved since I was just a little girl, and I’m so glad that I got to bring my daughter here tonight for the first time and show her how amazing and beautiful the experience is.
