15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night they're not even wearing their uniforms and they locked the lobby door… Pretty inconvenient for unfortunately, being the only Starbucks in town because all of the other coffee shops are closed. I'll update this review once they start staying open until they advertise.

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and every single time I get burnt coffee. Tastes terrible. I keep going because of gift cards but would not willingly waste my money on this crap and a not even full $8 drink. I came with friends one night and all of our drinks were either burnt or watered down. One of my friend’s drinks was so unbearable we asked them to make a new one and they tried to charge her for it. She took a single sip. The next one was slightly better but still terrible. It seems as if they need to take the coffee off the burner or make new more often. With all that being said the service is great and there’s nothing wrong with the baristas other than their ability to make coffee. (Their literal job working at a coffee shop)

My son just went through and got a Holiday beverage and asked for a free red cup and they told him that was the wrong holiday beverage and he can't have one. My son said he asked about the cup even before ordering his drink. So why would they not tell him then if it was a problem. He then said his drink doesn't even taste good. I feel like they did this just bc he was a teenager. (No matter the age that's still your customer.) To add to it, I got the same drink he ordered from the kroger location earlier this morning and they gave me a red cup. The online post was for any holiday beverage hot, iced, or blended.

This is the BEST Starbucks in my opinion! My iced coffee is always perfectly crafted exactly how I order it, every time. I will hold out on coffee just to go to this location! The entire staff is super friendly, I went here on a day that I wasn't feeling fabulous and whomever was taking drive thru orders turned my day around just by the way he greeted and treated me!! I was astounded! LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!!
My family came through today at 12p.m. on our way out of town to get sandwiches, and after driving off having paid $30 for five sandwiches we bit into them only to discover every single sandwich was ice cold. We called to tell them this happened, and the employee that answered was very kind however when he gave the phone to his supervisor on duty the supervisor could have cared less. His response to our cold sandwiches and their equipment possibly misfiring (which was us being generous and offering THEM and explanation as to why our food was cold) was, “okay, I will make sure to let them know.” No I’m so sorry you waited 20 minutes for cold food, will offer you a coupon, I will refund money…nothing. We will never be going back to this location. If I were the kind employee that answered the phone initially and actually cared, I would RUN for a better job. You’re too good for that place! As to the manager I spoke to - do better. I am a fellow industry worker, so this is even more embarrassing for them.

I don’t know what it is they’re doing differently but no matter what I order, I’ve been not only a barista but have ordered my drink the same way for years, it always tastes awful. Burnt shots, watered down-I never pick it up more than a couple minutes after it’s ready or get there before it’s done-just bad. I am not a Dunkin person but now I’m going there instead of Starbucks because it’s the only one in town and it’s just the worst. And my drink isn’t complicated either, it’s a shaken espresso with extra shots but it’s always wrong. I don’t think I’m a Starbucks girl anymore unless Lebanon gets a new one.

Drove all the way to NOTHING ! There was no starbucks within 15 miles... not sure that this falls on starbucks, more so Google Maps, but I was highly disappointed none the less...
