There's not a whole lot to say about Starbucks other than this one was clean and the coffee tastes the same as any other Starbucks you go to. The bathrooms were clean and the service was good. So that's five stars for me.

We’ve been to our share of random Starbucks across the country on road trips and I have to say this one was surprisingly the best experience! From the first step inside and how clean it was to the friendliness and unexpected above and beyond service - all of the ladies working here are top notch human beings. i come to this starbucks about 2-3 times a week in the morning, i’m always greeted with very upbeat attitudes. i mainly come in the drive thru and my experience has always been awesome. the man who took my order always has a refreshing upbeat attitude, the girl Nat at the window was SO nice, she complimented me and we had small talk which was great. one experience here, i was talking with a worker about how i missed the toasted vanilla shaken espresso and she made a custom drink for me that tasted just like it! it was awesome. i’ve engaged with multiple workers and i don’t have a single complaint. coffee is great, workers are fantastic, when i do come inside it’s always clean, just a great all round atmosphere. also, my dog Zeke loves getting a pup cup when we come so a big thank you from him as well!!

So I’ve switched from Dunkin to Starbucks because I’ve noticed that they have more low calorie options available, but it’s been quite a few times when I order my Venti iced espresso with two Scoops of vanilla bean powder, one pump of white mocha, four pumps of sugar-free vanilla, a light splash of sweet cream and light caramel drizzle They leave a huge gap and other times they don’t I’m just curious as to why this keeps happening when I’m paying already for an expensive drink?

Showed up today for a coffee before work (night shift) hours said open until 9:30. I was about to open the door and a girl with brown hair locked the door as I was opening it. It was 8:58. All she did was turn back around and point at the drive thru. Terrible customer service. If your hours are until 9:30, they should actually be until 9:30.
Consistently the most inconsistent pickup experience. I don’t order anything complex or custom and of my last 4 visits, I have to ask where a missing item is every time. It’s always a new issue. Half my order will be ready and I ask after 15 minutes of waiting where my other half is and the answer is always “it’s possible someone grabbed it”. No. I’ve been waiting the entire time. No one made it. People ordering at the counter receiving their drinks before me despite me ordering online 20 minutes earlier.
The other day I waited and it took forever to later figure out they gave someone in the drive thru my entire order. The customer came in and asked me if I’m my name, then handed my order to me. Apparently it requires customers to troubleshoot this issue at this point.
Get your stuff together please. It’s embarrassing.

15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night they're not even wearing their uniforms and they locked the lobby door… Pretty inconvenient for unfortunately, being the only Starbucks in town because all of the other coffee shops are closed. I'll update this review once they start staying open until they advertise.

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and every single time I get burnt coffee. Tastes terrible. I keep going because of gift cards but would not willingly waste my money on this crap and a not even full $8 drink. I came with friends one night and all of our drinks were either burnt or watered down. One of my friend’s drinks was so unbearable we asked them to make a new one and they tried to charge her for it. She took a single sip. The next one was slightly better but still terrible. It seems as if they need to take the coffee off the burner or make new more often. With all that being said the service is great and there’s nothing wrong with the baristas other than their ability to make coffee. (Their literal job working at a coffee shop)
