This Starbucks is one of the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Every time I come to this location, I get stuck with this girl that had the absolute worse attitude ever. She always rolls her eyes and acts like taking people’s orders is an inconvenience. Anyways, she takes my order. I paid for extra extra whip cream. Of which I watched them put the whip cream in the drink and then proceeded to scrap off all the whip cream into the sink. Which I’m not sure why because it would have fit under the dome lid. Then when I asked for a straw she wouldn’t give me one. I don’t like trashing peoples service but this has continued to happen every time I go to this location.

Overpriced, there is more ice than coffee in my wife's drink. Overall it's just a pretentious douchy place.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever visited by far. If, and that’s a huge IF, they have what you want then it’s great! The customer service is pretty good but the management SUCKS! Omg the incompetence is astounding. They are consistently out of nearly everything and some days close early in the day due to their lack of product. This has minimal to do with the baristas and all to do with management who cannot get their fulfillment orders correct. Ordering one bottle of seasonal syrup at a time? Insane. I’ve never worked at a Starbucks and even I know how ridiculous that seems! Anyway, I can’t wait for the b&m Starbucks to open up a little up West Main so this one can get their ish together. Maybe send the management to have a shadow day with the Starbucks manager at a busier shop so they can learn how to properly order their product! Until then I guess I can just continue to grab a venti cup of water…well unless their out of cups too😒

If the store is open. The Starbucks should be open. Every other time I come here, the barista is closing. Pro tip to any manager reading this and other reviews, keep this location open during the morning and afternoon rush.

Took 30 minutes to get 3 drinks. This location is usually very friendly but the girl in the morning needs help can't do it by herself. I felt like I was being an inconvenience by ordering coffee.

Typically I order ahead online through the app so my drink is always ready and the staff is nice. But today I called to place an order over the phone since the tea I wanted wasn't online (it's called like a medicine ball). I wasn't feeling great and didn't want to wait in line so ideally I would come in pick it up and pay. But when I called and told the man on the phone I wanted to place an order he literally hung up on me.
I would say the call disconnected but it was way too spot on for that to have been the case. I wasn't even sure if they did over the phone orders, so if it wasn't do-able or an inconvenience cause you're busy, then SAY THAT. Lmao, like girl why??

I was the only person in line and the barista asked me to wait since she was working on online orders. I waited for more than 10 minutes and then she told me she wasn’t able to make me a hot chocolate. I feel that she should learn to either multi task or she needs someone else to work with her. Starbucks on N Cumberland is great though!

As an employee of a local business around this Kroger, me and all my colleagues have all had our fair share of bad experiences within the past couple of weeks. For instance, a barista biting her nails whilst making drinks, no smiles on any faces, as well as just a poor environment for a paying customer. This location seems to have absolutely no support from any member of management, and I have personally been in this location when they have had one person working the entire kiosk due to management pulling them to different departments to fill their needs, instead of focusing on all departments. It seems this Starbucks is truly the last department Kroger is worried about. This is extremely abnormal, as a normal Starbucks location typically has all the help that they can get. If you come to this location, do not expect welcoming service, as management has made this kiosk a horrible environment to be in all around. I truly hope management works to resolve this issue, because truthfully this location is awful. Spend your money elsewhere, do not support the awful management Kroger has provided these poor baristas.

I came in to the store this morning the guy working has absolutely no personality working with the public. I haven't seen this as a coffee brista at another company myself. He shouldn't be a brista without a personality. I will go to another location when I think I want a starbucks. First experience at this location but it was not a good one I must say.
