I was the only person in line and the barista asked me to wait since she was working on online orders. I waited for more than 10 minutes and then she told me she wasn’t able to make me a hot chocolate. I feel that she should learn to either multi task or she needs someone else to work with her. Starbucks on N Cumberland is great though!

As an employee of a local business around this Kroger, me and all my colleagues have all had our fair share of bad experiences within the past couple of weeks. For instance, a barista biting her nails whilst making drinks, no smiles on any faces, as well as just a poor environment for a paying customer. This location seems to have absolutely no support from any member of management, and I have personally been in this location when they have had one person working the entire kiosk due to management pulling them to different departments to fill their needs, instead of focusing on all departments. It seems this Starbucks is truly the last department Kroger is worried about. This is extremely abnormal, as a normal Starbucks location typically has all the help that they can get. If you come to this location, do not expect welcoming service, as management has made this kiosk a horrible environment to be in all around. I truly hope management works to resolve this issue, because truthfully this location is awful. Spend your money elsewhere, do not support the awful management Kroger has provided these poor baristas.

I came in to the store this morning the guy working has absolutely no personality working with the public. I haven't seen this as a coffee brista at another company myself. He shouldn't be a brista without a personality. I will go to another location when I think I want a starbucks. First experience at this location but it was not a good one I must say.

I went in the Kroger store around 8am and saw 4 girls over in the Starbucks area talking, they all had the starbucks apron too so I know they were all employees. I did my shopping and then after I was finished I went to go order a drink and they said they were closed, but I saw like 5 drinks already made with names and tags on the counter (probably mobile orders). The hours say they are open but it’s always different. Why are they always saying they are closed? There were plenty of workers there. This isn’t the first time this has happened either or I wouldn’t be posting this. But it’s happened a few times now and not just to me but some friends as well.

If I could give 5 stars to Christina and 0 stars for the actual location and management team I would.Having a general management background like I do, I think the managers at this location should be ashamed of themselves.Christina was abandoned to be alone during a morning shift. I waited 47 min to get my drink. She did incredible making the drinks and seeing them out with NO HELP.Hopefully the owner of this location counsels management for not supporting their hard workers.

Both workers seemed really unhappy to be working, didn’t label any of the drinks so I have no idea what’s in each cup, other than the obvious ones. I asked for a hot peppermint mocha and the girl is like we aren’t making hot mochas right now. I mentioned it was my birthday for the free drink but I did not know I needed the app, my fault there but neither were friendly or inviting no smiles looked like they hated their life.

I hate to even leave review but like others i keep trying to give chances but it's like every time I regret it. The girls are great however the guy with the curly hair has been very \\\"unbothered\\\" rude and not great when it comes to simple drinks. It's like there's 0 customer service or professionalism or care. A simple hot choc order was totally screwed up and filled to the brim causing me to spill everywhere .. feel like there is always an issue with my order. The pic was After some already spilled in my car and somehow there was supposedly whip cream on this? ..hope they improve cuz it's so conveniently located.
