Just ate here and not once did the employees change gloves, we werent greeted as we came in, after we ate we immediately got sick roughly 500 ft from the store. We had the chicken bacon ranch and an elite chicken bacon ranch

I will never go back to this place the woman working Saturday evening January 11 was very rude and mad for some reason and took it out on me and my granddaughter She put the wrong sauce on her sandwich and I told her and she slammed the sandwich down on the counter and said she was done and told me to leave and she waked away towards the back and called me a nasty name The other girl there finished the sandwich and we left but it upset my 9 yr old granddaughter and that woman had no reason to act like that she needs to be fired .

I've been to this location many times.I always get the same thing.This time I decided to order tuna for me and my mom because she can only eat certain things.This time it was delivery and not in person.It was the worst experience ever.First of all there wasn't hardly any tuna on any of it.On one sandwich there wasn't any at all.Secondly it was awful.It tasted like it was from 1995 and had to have been sitting out a long time.The bread was stale.I do not recommend this place.

When you look up any location on google it says hours may very. Also when it comes to the hours ob the door? Not everything is black and white first and second the staff at that location is some of the most friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to provide ample service with quality and cleanliness. With it being the busiest subway in town, from what I see, I’m sure they want to be home with there family’s at a reasonable time and aren’t staying open till ten to please the one or maybe two customers that want to go at the last minute. I too have worked in restaurant business almost 25 years and can tell you from experience that as a franchised restaurant ownership they can close when ever they see it fit and paying three employees to stay an extra hour for a total of maybe 20.00s worth of sandwiches isn’t worth it. Not once have I gone into this subway and not been greeted by an employee with a smile on there face. The girl named Katie that’s there will go out of her way to assure you are happy with the price you pay and is great with helping large families with kids making the experience of ordering for a large family as non stressful as possible. For the quality of service, cleanliness, and the they make you feel welcome while making food to order it’s worth the hours not matching whatever is on the door. Best subway in Lebanon that’s for sure
Kid-friendliness: I watched the lady behind the counter take a large rambunctious group of children and get them all calm and had the entire family’s order done in the most smooth none stressful way. She went out of her way after seeing the grandparent was overwhelmed and turned the experiemce from being extremely stressful to a smooth happy experience.

It sucks, whoever is working is very rude, we were there 2 minutes before 9 and on the door it says it closes at 10 and we already called up there before 9 and they didn't have it ready or anything when we go to pick it up and she says we're closed and on the door it says we are open 10 to 10 if you were going to close before 10 you should have changed the time on the door and the woman working there was very rude

I arrived at this location at 5:00 pm on March 2nd 2023. When I got here, the door was locked and the hrs on the door said 8-9. I thought "maybe they are in the restroom". When I got to my car that was parked at the front door, I saw 2 little blonde girls around the age of 5 running out from behind the counter, they was chancing each other and 1 was trying to go through the employee door in the back, someone kept shutting it. Then out came a big lady around age late 30s... maybe 40. I saw her grab a drink from the customers soda fridge for the girls with out paying. The HR needs to get this place checked on cameras. They are not doing their jobs and highly unsanitary with kids running in the back.

I ordered a veggie delight with olives and pepper jack I got a pepper jack and olive only sandwich and because my sister asked the old sorry sack of shi* to remake her sandwich because he overcooked it. he slammed things around and acted up like it’s not your job to know how to make a sandwich I’ll never go here again l I have been in the service industry for over 10 years and I have never seen such a man child running a register you are better eating out of a dumpster then giving this place a dime and I will be contacting my lawyer about how he frightened my sister who has anxiety problems
