Austin made my husbands and I' sandwiches perfectly. He was extremely polite and paitent especially when one of pilots employees who was in front of me rudely instructed him how to make her BLT wrap interrupting my ordering process when she already had winter making hers. He will be an amazing employee one day! Just gotta learn the menu. I wish more employees were like austin.

Stopped at this Subway in the Pilot simply because the sign along the interstate said open 24hrs. False advertisement…. Is not open 24hrs like it claims!
