Austin made my husbands and I' sandwiches perfectly. He was extremely polite and paitent especially when one of pilots employees who was in front of me rudely instructed him how to make her BLT wrap interrupting my ordering process when she already had winter making hers. He will be an amazing employee one day! Just gotta learn the menu. I wish more employees were like austin.

Stopped at this Subway in the Pilot simply because the sign along the interstate said open 24hrs. False advertisement…. Is not open 24hrs like it claims!

#14/2023This Subway located in the pilot travel centerThe changes through time at this one.It's been good it's been bad it's been mediocre.Staffing is still a problem here they had to fill in one of the other employees who worked here before to a different spot but she came back to take over here since they're all pilot employees.They were currently out of flatbread.So I got a Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese. I had the extra charge for the fresh mozzarella and added oregano before toasting.Then like the usual light lettuce not a salad on bread loland some tomatoes cucumbers black pepper and a little vinegar and oil splashed on.Went with the combo got nacho cheeseDoritos Diet Coke.But you want Subway it's not one I would really go out of the way for but today it was pretty good she did a nice job on the sandwich I was quite pleased it could have been a little warmer in the toaster but it's all ok.
