Placed an online order at this subway store by accident one day (it’s my home store that’s already saved) when I was at work in Nashville. Called them to cancel and thought everything was good and they would take pending charge off. Nope, they still charged me (which means one of the workers ate it for their lunch). Have called multiple times and even gone up there in person, but it’s been no help whatsoever. It’s been two weeks now. I will never recommend this subway to anyone and will never eat here again.

This is the SECOND time that I have placed an online order for “The Beast.” Both times there was no roast beef on the sandwich, nor did the total meats even come close to weighing a half pound. I wouldn’t even say that the entire sandwich weighed a half pound altogether. Don’t jip me on an already way overpriced sandwich! I will NEVER order from this location again! I’ll gladly drive the 2 extra miles to another store.

I have been to this subway location repeatedly and I always have the same problem with the amount of sauce they give me. They never give me enough sauce, I specify in person when making it and even add an extra note when I order online so that they’ll give me extra and they never do. Specifically the older man I have noticed never listens when I ask for extra. This time they actually didn’t put any sauce and I’m going to have to run back and ask for some. After reading the other comments, I would recommend another location, not this one.

Ordered online for curbside pickup 10/30 @1338. My receipt stated my order will be ready @1350. I notified subway on the website @1348 I was outside. Website stated to stay in car so team member can bring out my order. At 1357 I decided to go in. One lady was wiping the windows/tables. Two members were sitting down on a laptop and there was a lady at the cash register. If you are not going to follow thru with bringing customers their curbside order remove from website. Should've just went to Publix... in and out. One star because the lady did open the door for me.

I recently visited this subway location and had a frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but the sandwich wasn't ready on time. When I finally received it, both sandwiches were incorrect. I went back to the store to request a refund, but was refused and instead told that they could fix the issue. However, they only corrected one of the two sandwiches, leaving the second one still wrong. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the lack of resolution left a negative impression I will not be visiting this subway again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered to this location by mistake. When trying to find a solution for this they did not work with me at all and were rude over the phone. When I finally got someone to go pick it up they refused to get the sandwiches for them because they were closing soon

I haven’t had subway in a while so I decided I wanted some on my lunch break today. There were two young men in there that weren’t even knowledgeable about what products they have. The pickles were turning a yellowish/orange color. I asked did they have any fresh ones more than once and finally told no… that these were only about a day old. The sweet onion sauce looked incredibly old. Very dark and think. Not the sweet onion I used to get on my sandwich. The lettuce is turning brown as well. I cashed out and had to ask for napkins. I started eating my sandwich and realized the bread wasn’t even done. What a waste of my time and money. It’s a reason I’ve been going to jersey mikes across the street. I’ll never go back to that subway again.
