Took me a long time to get my mobile order. They were very busy, and the lady at the counter said she checked me in, but she actually didn't.And she acted like she really didn't want to check me in.So I don't know if it was intentional or not.
But accolades, two Ethan was very attentive and a hard worker, and he did a good job, I see him as future management material.

Nacho fries are stale, the chips in the “nachos” are stale now considering all that I do not know how old this beef is and I want to say step it up because old food is how you kill people, my beefy 5 layers burrito is stale, extremely disappointing but this is also dangerous, please stop being lazy and follow food safety rules before you hurt someone.

I ordered 5 hard tacos and a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and onion. The burrito was cold and did not have extra cheese or onion it which I payed for. The tacos were old and had been sitting in the wrapper for a long time When I picked the tacos up the bottoms were soggy and everything fell out. The food was disqusting

Conveniently their system went down when trying to pick up an Uber eats order but they had a car waiting in the drive through window and another car behind them. Also got a line of people going in and out as soon as we went through.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru. We placed the order and noticed that the cost she quoted did not sound right. We told the lady we wanted two of the same order. She got a massive attitude and told the line workers she needed another order. She slides the windows shut. She proceeds to scream and we could hear her through the closed window as well as our vehicle's windows. I wonder if she did something to my food because I felt sick after I got home. She was extremely rude.
Ordered taco supreme 12pk. The order was entered wrong. We were charged more for our order than expected. They offered extra tacos for the problem. None of the tacos had sour cream. Way to go Taco Bell..

Would never waste my money here again. Have come through the drive thru a couple times and every time it’s wrong and cold. About a month ago, I heard the man on the speaker tell a delivery driver “no” to ordering a cheesy roll up when picking up an order. They had 2 people in front of them so making a single cheesy roll up shouldn’t take delay the delivery order . If so, you need to find new cooks haha! Fast food really isn’t that difficult. Sounds like people inside just don’t wanna work because it’s late at night. Sad

They forgot a whole meal that I ordered in the drive thru. The flatbread that comes with the luxe cravings box on both boxes were undercooked and doughy. They were so doughy when you pulled the bread apart it looked like cheese lol. I was so pissed off because I didn't realize the flat bread chalupa things were pretty much raw until later when I picked up the meal that they forgot from in the first place. I was going to come up there but I just through it in the trash because that's where it belongs. I was so upset I didn't even want my money back??♂️ I was just tired and hungry by that point and gave up?
