Went through the drive through, got the wrong amount of food. came in to correct my order, took literally 5 minuites to be helped. Heard somebody ask for my order to be corrected, about 15 mins go by, i hear âdid you get that guys order fixedâ. Long story short, âfast foodâ turned into a 35 minute ordeal. The extra tacos i ended up receiving were halfway full. Not like somewhat light, literally only half of the taco was full as if somebody had represented a fraction with a taco. all the people cooking the food were visibly high as hell aswell.

Steak soft shell tacos was cold n only had 3-4 little pieces of meat which they charged me an extra $1 for each steak taco for extra meat which they never did, n they were loaded down with wilted lettuce.. They wouldn't fix my order right or would refund n give me my money back... These restaurants need to be shutdown. I decided to give them another chance n went thru the drive thru, this time I took pics of the food. I'm gonna get in touch with the main District Manager n CEO of this Taco Bell n tell them about everything including showing the pics of the food to show how bad this restaurant is. My cashier was R Evan date n time 7/26/25 @7:39pm I wished that I was able to post the pictures of the sorry food that they charged me over $9 for 2 soft shell steak tacos

Took me a long time to get my mobile order. They were very busy, and the lady at the counter said she checked me in, but she actually didn't.And she acted like she really didn't want to check me in.So I don't know if it was intentional or not.
But accolades, two Ethan was very attentive and a hard worker, and he did a good job, I see him as future management material.
Nacho fries are stale, the chips in the ânachosâ are stale now considering all that I do not know how old this beef is and I want to say step it up because old food is how you kill people, my beefy 5 layers burrito is stale, extremely disappointing but this is also dangerous, please stop being lazy and follow food safety rules before you hurt someone.

I ordered 5 hard tacos and a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and onion. The burrito was cold and did not have extra cheese or onion it which I payed for. The tacos were old and had been sitting in the wrapper for a long time When I picked the tacos up the bottoms were soggy and everything fell out. The food was disqusting

Conveniently their system went down when trying to pick up an Uber eats order but they had a car waiting in the drive through window and another car behind them. Also got a line of people going in and out as soon as we went through.
