The past 2 times my wife and I have got food here, they have messed up our order. We either don’t get everything we ordered or some of the order is not the way we ordered it. Also, these last 2 trips were on a weekend between the hours of 9p-12a.
Customer service sucks Indian woman hit that bag so hard fries fall out all over from my order . Why u let people with anger issues work in your place?

This location seems to actually care about their service. I frequent here and I can’t say every order is perfect. I’ve noticed that I can depend on them to put in effort to complete my order successfully. I will still check my bag to make sure I got my sour cream with my rolled tacos because the ranch just doesn’t do it for me, but I don’t experience pre-anxiety when I decide to visit this location because I’ve seen that they care.They even called me once when I placed a doordash order to tell me an item wasn’t available. I have NEVER received this level of customer service from any business before. The item I chose as a replacement was much cheaper then the item I paid for. I was okay losing a little money because they put in the tiny amount of effort to call, and they added coupons for free tacos to make up the difference. This is how a business should function. I never used the coupons, but the gesture is what makes them different than a business that doesn’t care.Now if corporate would keep the rolled tacos on the menu along with the fries, AND bring back the non-spicy green sauce, I’ll demand that google allows a 10 star review.Thank you Eastgate Taco Bell for existing. Thank you for putting in basic effort to fix the issues that happen through out the day. Thank you for putting in extra effort too.The management and staff at this location deserve a holiday bonus and need to teach customer service lessons to every other business around, not just food.Vegetarian options: They are even offering vegan fries I think.
Super disappointed in my choice for lunch today. I didn’t realize until I got home but the chicken tacos I bought were 100% inedible. They were so burnt I couldn’t even eat them… such a disappointment and I’m sad that I wasted my money here today. ?

I will definitely be back!!!!Vegetarian options: Veggie Mexican pizza, Fiesta veggie burrito, Veggie Power Bowl, Bean burrito, Black bean Chalupa, Black Bean Crunch wrap, and the meat on any burrito or taco can be replaced with black beans or pinto beans.

This is the nicest Taco Bell you will ever go to! The staff was super friendly, greeting us when we walked in and smiles on their faces. The place was clean. When we got back to our vehicle we realized a small part of our order was not correct. We went back inside and they swiftly solved the problem and thanked us for letting them fix the issue. 10/10
