Just wanna give a shout out the the employees here they worked the butts off during the snow storm some of them even being there almost 24 hours keeping the trucks fed and what not and still being in a good mood doing it... parking lot was a mess but it's Tennessee so there isn't much you were going to do about that these guy definitely deserve a pat on the back and a bonus

Sometimes the showers are flowing smoothly. Sometimes people are waiting and showers are empty but there's no one around to clean them. This is not good for customers on a time schedule. I'm trying to be very patient as this is happening now

Im interstate truck driver. I only review places if I see extreme experiences. So this pilot definitely needs great reviews!! They have great management! Very clean everywhere. Most important things for me; all personnel smiling!! welcoming great respecting truck drivers, they are very friendly! not only one of them all employees are smiles in this place! I had a great morning here so I’m marking here for me to stop for next time

If i could leave zeros stars i would. This is the RUDEST customer service I have ever received. It’s not that hard to smile and communicate with customers. I was getting food, couldn’t decide what i wanted, and asked for a minute to look. 30 seconds later, she was asking me what i wanted again. okay not bad. i asked for chicken tenders, she points at the hot food already done. So i grab it myself, asking for wedges & onion rings . she points to the hot food stand again. I started getting frustrated at this point, saying i’ve already looked. she checks again, and realizes i wasn’t lying. She asked over the headset the eta on themselves. She told me 2 minutes. So i go pay for the food. I pay for the food in advance, and when i get done paying, they just stare at me. I had many sauces and a box, so i didn’t want to carry it all, awkwardly. I had to ask for a bag. like wow. 15 minutes later, im still waiting on the food that was supposed to be “two minutes.” i ask the manager the eta on the food, apparently the onion rings have been out, not brought to me , and the wedges were just now being boxed. I understand i can get them myself, but four workers already asked what i was waiting on, i figured someone would let me know when they were done. The only good part of my visit, was when a young man from the kitchen, brought out the boxes and asked if i was the customer waiting. for the managers, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES , RESPECT AND COMMUNICATION. i will never be back.

Stopped in on my way to the Titans game to buy some beer. State law states that you can buy beer at 10am throughout the state. The gas station across the street will sell you beer at 10am. Pilot evidently has a company wide policy where you can’t buy til noon. Why? Haslams hate Tennessee football.Worth noting this was a Sunday. The woman at the register said it was a federal law. Clearly she didn’t go to law school and should likely leave interpretation of the law to a lawyer.

I love stopping at the palate on every trip that we take. I like to drink their coffee and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are the absolute bis absolute best probably my favorite part.

Very clean store. Good staff. The only issue is they have 38 paid parking spots but about 80 or more are marked reserved. Last time I came here, front row was reserved. This time it's back row. How are we supposed to know where to park ??? Ended up paying for a spot because they haven't taken care of this issue.

Jason and Cassandra were excellent I really appreciate them both for talking to me and assisting me with what I needed. Store looked amazing. It’s a huge store on the inside. It kinda of feel like a food court inside a mall. All the associates were busy working keeping the store looking great earlier in the day. I do hope and wish I could visit this locating more often. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Thank them sooo much. Most people wouldn’t say anything to me, probably just speak. But I thank them for even coming to work to even deal with us customers. Thank you to everyone at this location.
