Just awful. The food was not acceptable at all. Let's start from the beginning. We came in about 5 am carry out order. T bone steak medium. "It was Grey and wet no seer as if it was cooked with water , no seasoning no real flavor just bland as possible. It's a joke to even call it a steak" 3 over medium eggs. Instead I got scrambled with onions, when they remade them it was like eating snot! Again cooked with no seasoning it came out as white as can be . So no that's not over medium. 2 hashbrowns with onions. We'll i got no onions cos they put it on the scrambled eggs and did not remake them. And they were not properly cooked lightly brown on the outside Luke warm on the inside , lacked the taste it's known for. A large unsweetened tea. It taste like burnt coffee. Cos they didn't clean out the coffee maker before making tea in the same coffee maker.
Waffle house has drifted a long way from their roots. Instead of quality food that it's known for they opted for shortcuts and speedy service not seeming to care what they served. I will never eat here again. That was 26$ wasted couldn't even eat it. This was a true eye opener. It seems waffle house don't hire experienced cooks anymore just young kids who only know microwave times and taking the short cuts . A true disappointment. And a disgrace to the waffle house brand.
