Manager always has an attitude towards certain employees, constantly having an attitude and she also made a rude statement on my mixed daughter’s hair stating her curly hair looked nappy when her natural hair is afro. Manager really needs to get fired, she doesn’t know how to be a manager.

Was just at this waffle house, I ordered and paid and they sat there and looked at me for 45 minutes before I asked is my food even being cooked which, no, it wasn't. I'll never go back to a waffle house. Pre-Tipped to get ignored.

As always, WH is the most consistent breakfast spot and today was no exception. Food was as ordered, fresh and tasty. Service was solid and our waiter even dropped some gems on the Touchtunes (Waymore's Blues).

November 17, 2024 Never much to say about WH. What's there really to rate? It was nice to see staff cleaning at a slow time in the morning! Service was fine and food order was correct and delivered quickly.
Parking: Easy enough to get in and out of their parking lot.

Well it was super crowded that morning which it was quite late in the morning so maybe it was lunch people too so there was a bit of a wait. However, they found us a booth soon as it opened up and got us our drinks. Fortunately I noticed it though because my friend's glass of water had some weird creamy white sauce all over the inside of her glass of water. So we sent that back. So maybe not the cleanest? But all the food looked good and it tasted good and as usual it was the perfect meal after a night of drinking and having a heavy hangover. LoL cbs
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a “good morning have a seat.” I sat at the bar had my food and drink quickly. It was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Everyone working was such a delight

Showed up at 3:40am to feed me and my pregnant fiance and got told it would be 40 minutes due to them cleaning that was understandable but when I showed back up at 4:40am and they were still turning people away so I sat in my car and did online order for pick up after I spend $40 and submit my order it said pick up time 5:05am well we sit and wait while we're sitting out there waiting we'll see a few people go in and take a seat and see their orders being taken show my fiance goes in and asked how long our food would be before it's done and the two white lady's in there was absolutely unprofessional and for no reason at all they were so disrespectful towards my pregnant fiance and she just turned around and walked out and we did a report on our online order and then still waited and our food to be prepared there was two guys in there working doing what they needed to do and a younger sweet black lady that was in there working circles around all them she was also real kind about the situation and told my fiance she don't know why the other two women are having such an ugly attitude so we got our food at about 6: 00am and then to top it off I ordered a double order of hash browns smothered and covered absolutely no tomatoes are mushrooms I am highly allergic to mushrooms and this is just a topper I go to open my food and the first thing I noticed is mushrooms.... Just take a second though before eating at the location off of South Cumberland this was sad and pathetic an unprofessional like...
