I visit this lebanon location on S Cumberland atleast 3 to 4 times a week & you have an employee and I asked her for her name...it's Latoria...I might have not spelled right...but this woman you will know if she is not working!!! In the am it will take forever to get thru the drive thru when she is off! Same for tge pm hours!! When she works you don't even have to check your order cause she's spot on!! I don't know her title but if she's not upper management you are selling yourself short!! If I was her employer I would most definitely acknowledge her always outstanding performance!! Awesome job always Latoria! Thank you for what you do!!

The food is spot on the workers there do a wonderful job at making my sure that all of our food is there… the only thing is to make sure the colas and stuff are good that is all o ask but everything else is a 10/10 for my family and I. Thank you so much for great food and service Wendy’s is my familys favorite fast food restaurant.

This may be true of all Wendy's, but the frosties are only half frozen.Maybe that's so they can stir in the extra stuff , but still I like my frosty frozen

ARG! Sunday afternoon about 3pm 6-8-2025. We pulled off I-40 to grab a Frosty and fries. We pulled into the drive through, we waited. I watched 2 others pull out of line and drive off. We spent about 30 minutes from the time we pulled in until we pulled out of the drive through. When I made it to the order speaker, it was an AI Bot that greated me in a male voice suggesting an offer, I thought it was the worker inside, then a female voice asked if she could take my order. I felt uncomfortable and weirded out. I want to stress I dispose the AI voice greeting. I ordered 2 large chocolate frosties and a no-sale fry. Then we waited and waited and waited and waited. I told my wife I hope they did not make the frosties and have left them on the counter. Well when we got handed our frosties guess what? Yep top was very melted. But the fries, it was very obvious the fry cook recooked cooked salted fries, more than a few were extremely burnt. It was a very sad visit.

Will give it two stars for staffs sake, as they were friendly. We decided to take our family in for dinner. We killed a VERY large roach crawling around our table.
Ordered two Cobb salads and a drink for over $20 to then find out there’s no chicken on either of them 🙄. $20 for lettuce and Diet Coke

Today's drive-thru staff were on point. These gentlemen were a great duo. Though one didn't know how the frosty cold brew was, the other was able to chime in and assure me it was tasty. Great job today, guys!

Pretty impressive Double Baconator. Served in an orderly lobby with what has to be the absolute cleanest windows I've ever seen on any fast food establishment ever. I actually chuckled at the clarity. Also, the Vanilla Caramel Swirl frosty is a great new addition to the menu.
