Went through the drive when paying for my food lady at the widow said I could have came in you saw me smoking and had a rude attitude. I was completely through of Guard by the unprofessionalism. Extremely disappointed

Ordered a two burgers two chilli fries and two drinks and one fry which was a appropriate $27.00 we wanted tea but completely out then there was no sprite . Hamburger came out cold and hard not made fresh at all . Fry’s were warm only . The chilli was good . The server didn’t want to give but two packs of crackers and had to ask for hot sauce twice but only gave two and we had to ask for more . We had to continue to repeat ourselves not sure if he was listening to his ear phones or what . And no he was not doing drive through . Very disappointed. Want be returning here.

Great service at the Wendy’s drive-thru in Lebanon, TN! The staff was super friendly and fast, and my order was perfect — hot, fresh, and exactly right. The person at the window was so polite and made sure I had everything before I left. You can tell they really care about their customers. Great job, Wendy’s team!
Tried to order off the Wednesday promotion items menu on 14 sept 25 at 1450 and was told that store was not doing any of the items off that. I asked why they had all the items listed on the menu and was told to order something else or move on

This is my favorite Wendy's. They'll take care of you here. Good service. Friendly people. They also have the very best Wendy's chili. I appreciate these folks more than they'll ever know. The area I live in (West Nashville) is filled with mostly hateful people that refuse to say anything to you throughout the entire experience. It's refreshing to go home to Lebanon and be treated like a human being and a customer, but mostly because I get treated like a human.
I know the bar is low in comparison, but I would rather drive 45 minutes to this Wendy's than go to any of the ones near me. Thanks, guys!
I visit this lebanon location on S Cumberland atleast 3 to 4 times a week & you have an employee and I asked her for her name...it's Latoria...I might have not spelled right...but this woman you will know if she is not working!!! In the am it will take forever to get thru the drive thru when she is off! Same for tge pm hours!! When she works you don't even have to check your order cause she's spot on!! I don't know her title but if she's not upper management you are selling yourself short!! If I was her employer I would most definitely acknowledge her always outstanding performance!! Awesome job always Latoria! Thank you for what you do!!
