Walked in, way too long of a wait to even order, kiosks were busy and I actually wanted to pay in cash! Another 10 minutes of wait time to get a single and small fry for $10...are you kidding me? Too much $ for too little.

Ordered and was given rock hard food. Called immediately and when done with conference calls I pulled back into their drive through and told them I had called in. I was told to pull around and did and showed them the rock hard food. The problem comes with the quality of the food and then the inconvenience because I had to drive back through and then I was informed I had to come in for a quality mistake and already being inconvenienced. I have a sister with terminal cancer that I must take care of so I stay outside of publicly enclosed areas. Quality and service. And the things were cheap and they had proof of poor quality and I have proof of purchase. Wendy's, if this is a policy, change it. Since covid you should know better and so should your employees/managers. I didn't go in and did call corporate and they sound as if they are reading from a script. Alot of bad is happening in our current customer service around the globe but I didn't expect it from you. I was an everyday to at least every other day customer. I doubt I will go back.

As a means of communication and interviews, our job is to go from one place to another throughout Mexico and the United States and I would really like to recommend something that I loved when I tried it for the first time, it was chili beans, it is something that it has. What to try or just enjoy while visiting Wendy's. ? Recommended.

Food is usually on point however their app needs serious tweaking! Got a gift card for Christmas and made several attempts to make a mobile app purchase through their app using my gift card! Called local store for manager to assist, and the person who claimed to be manager had not a single clue about the app or how to use your gift card on the app. I added funds to my digital wallet from the gift card and every time I try to use my gift card/digital wallet balance, it only gives me prompts to ADD more funds. Ridiculous, each attempt I had to save myself the headache and just use a regular debit card!!! Fix your app and hire people who understand how your systems work!! Dang, not even hungry anymore.....

What a joke. Ordered at the drive through at 8. Took until 8:20 for the car in front of me to get someone’s attention. She told her that they didn’t have any biscuits and were making them fresh.Extremely poor, planning, and pathetic communication to the more than 10 of us that were sitting and waiting.
