Wendy’s is good and when food is done on the spot even better. But this new memorial location is always missing an item of my order, something that makes the trip longer and if they don’t want to just hand you your missing item without checking your receipt you might be there a while

Very friendly employees and management. Very nice seeing employees working so cohesively I felt peace and a good working relationship. The store is always clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because The last 3 times I have ordered chili it's been luke warm. I called the 1st time and told the manager who did offer to replace it if I wanted to come back but I had already driven 20 minutes back home. However, I highly recommend this location for a quick bite to eat.

Spoke with the manager in Mt. Juliet to inquire about if the beef patties are 100% beef and can I order them to be grilled without seed oils. She refused to answer my questions and said I had to go to their website to find out the answers. If her goal was to lose customers, then she succeeded!

Amazing service. I was ordering a drink with large Caffeine content without knowing it and my host Lesley, recommended I do medium. She also recommended me other drinks down to my liking. She is super awesome and friendly :) Love Wendy’s will be coming back to this location

Let me tell you, when you go to fast food at 8:30 on a Wednesday night you are not prepared for this Wendy's! Excellent, fresh, TASTY food served quickly by just the nicest folks. And this place is immaculate. Can't say enough! GOOD ON YOU WENDY'S AND THANKS SO MUCH FROM TWO WEARY TRAVELERS!
