I came to Whataburger for breakfast and sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my food. There are at least 5 people working in the restaurant and nobody is making food. Also note that there wasn't anybody in front or behind me in line. Stay away if you don't have time to waste.

My child was extremely ill for 2 days after eating here. Food was not even close to normal quality. I’ll just wait for In-N-Out to open.

Food was good and everything was very clean. Waited 20 minutes for our food but other than that no complaints.

Domt come in the lobby in the middle of the night they always walk around and act like they don’t know your here it’s crazy to stand around for 15 mins before someone comes to the register to take your order door dash drivers don’t make much as it is in the middle of the night and for them to intentionally make you wait 30 mins to pick up a order is wild

Food here was not good. Burger patty was super thin and rubbery. Did not come out hot and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Onion rings were overcooked and cold. Staff was very slow and not friendly. Done with whataburger.

Whataburger at Lebanon, TN has a friendly atmosphere and a clean facility. Our food was brought to our table within an acceptable time, fresh and hot. My go-to meal is the double cheeseburger meal, you can't go wrong.
We have always had a great experience with the Whataburger franchise and recommend everyone to try out.

Breakfast was horrible! Chicken biscuit had a very dry, hard, old grease tasting tender on it & the hashbrowns were so old the insides were crunchy, not soft at all. Felt like chips. I will NEVER be back. Dinner is always horrible so I’m not even sure why I attempted breakfast.
