First time trying it, I wasn't disappointed! I have been waiting to try this since 1993 and here 2025 finally blessed with that triple! I went big and it was everything I dreamed.

Alright so here’s my review. I know everyone’s been dying to hear my thoughts on this place, so here it is. The food was actually really good, came out hot and fast, no complaints there. But here’s where it got weird… they didn’t give me a cup with my meal. Like, how am I supposed to wash down this food, just manifest water out of thin air?

Then there was the ketchup situation. I asked for three spicy ketchups, and they only gave me one. So I asked for the other two, and the worker looks at me dead serious and says I gotta finish the first one before I can ‘earn’ another. Like I’m in some kind of ketchup bootcamp.

So yeah, food was solid, service was quick, but apparently the ketchup is on lockdown like it’s gold bars at Fort Knox.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant.
I left after 45 minutes without food and without a refund. At 40 minutes, I asked for a refund, and no one could seem to find a way to be able to do it.
3/4 of the restaurant was closed as it had been cleaned, and they apparently did not want anyone to dirty it again. This was at 4pm for a 24 hour restaurant.

Good was great, unfortunately upper management decided to have their meeting in the lobby where the female manager talked so loudly and inappropriate I couldn't enjoy my lunch break from work. Funny how the only bad experience I've had at this location was when management was there.

We live up the road.
They have:
- taken over 20 min on Multiple occasions
- given our order away (ordered online)
- given us the wrong order
- forgot our order (there was us and one of family in there at this time)

This place is by far the worst location I’ve never been to.

Every time I come here it takes 20 minutes to get our food. I’m pretty sure one of the workers were high- I get it’s fast food and not that serious but there is no reason it should take this long when there’s no one else in line.

I went to the new location on 109 and all I got was a regular Whataburger with cheese. But it was the best fast food I've had in months. The burger tasted like one from home. It was very refreshing especially with how the quality of things keep going down and the prices keep going up. Fun times, right? Also, the guy working the window was super nice, which is also a nice change of pace from dealing with people who hate their jobs and don't care if you know it. As of today I highly recommend this location.
