I was serve a rotten baked potato that was loaded (had it not been the fact that they're the only BBQ place that doesn't automatically give you BBQ sauce) but was very dry, butter on the side didn't help any! The meat was just tossed on there like they hate their job. It's just plain blah! You can also tell they do not wash their potatoes bc the skin was just like eating dirt! To top it off it was a hair in my food. Ugh. Its exactly the way it looks! Do not waste your money here. Drive a lil bit and try a different place. I will post a photo!

Sadly this bbq restaurant was pretty bad. We ordered brisket, chicken, and some sides (Mac n cheese, beans, and potato salad). The brisket was so dry and had zero flavor. The chicken was just average tasting. The sides were incredibly small and tasted like from a can or box. The bbq sauce also wasn't very good. It was also very $$ for the little amount of food too. Also, we ordered some pie for dessert and they had chocolate so of course it sounded delicious but it came in a pre-packaged wrapper from the store...definitely not homemade. Disappointed for syr

Went to Whitt's with my dad the other day. We ordered a plater of assorted BBQ each and some wings. The beans were delicious, the wings were cold, and the actual BBQ was alright. Not a bad place but probably wouldn't eat there again.
Take out from Whitts the other day . I had the rib plate & it was very good. I'm 55, grew up in Ga-Sc, spent some time over seas. The wife said the pork potato was a 5 out of 5.

I eat here every chance I get. Yummy! I wish I could get some Whitt's barbcue when I'm in Texas.
Their BBQ is very good. I got the Hot vinegar based sauce. I always get my BBQ hot but this was one of the hotter sauces I've had before. It was great but if you're on the fence between mild and hot you might play it safe and get the mild.My one minor complaint is that they could use a few more sides to go with the BBQ.We went through the drive thru and the young lady that waited on us was very nice and did a great job.

This is my experience from whitt's barbecue.. I was across the street at the auto dealership purchasing a car when I was recommended to go eat across the street said they had amazing barbecue.. So we pull up to the drive-through window we are met by a very nice little blonde lady who happily took our order.. As she did so I noticed A young man behind her very attentive to the conversation we were having almost stalking the cashier.. When I received my sandwich loaded with so much hot sauce that it burnt my mouth and burnt the side of my face where I had gotten sauce on me. And burned for at least.15-20 minutes.. I got hit with ghost pepper.... Let me tell you this is seriously painful..... I figure he was just a jealous boyfriend or secretly in love with the cashier..If you go to this place don't spend too much time talking to the cute girl or the guy in the back will Definitely mess up your food...and try to hurt you.
