Xiaos' Hibachi and Sushi Japanese Restaurant offers a delightful mix of American Chinese food and Asian Hibachi. The food is well-tended and consistently excellent, making it a standout among other Chinese buffets. The sushi bar is outstanding, with the volcano roll being particularly noteworthy. Vegetarian options are available, including vegetable-only sushi and hibachi. The restaurant has undergone a complete remodel after being shut down in 2019 due to tornadoes, and the new decor is much improved.
The restaurant is very accommodating, even making special dishes like vegetarian sushi rolls for those with dietary restrictions. The environment is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking available in the strip mall where it is located.
