Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Warning! ? Fraudulent business?
Bought a meal, took them 15 min to make it. They made it wrong. It was gonna take another 7 minutes, so I wanted a refund. Diana silcox "the manager" is not authorized to do any charge backs or refunds because too many fraud charges happen on her watch. Her words.

I got no food and I am still out 15 dollars. Now it is my job to spend my free time outside of work, to chase down the bigger manager over her, brian, to get MY own money back. These are deceptive business practices. Im pretty sure thats illegal and they have to post it on their door that they cant take credit cards. How many people does she do this to and hope they never return to dispute the money? Will be calling police if this isnt resolved. This is blatant theft. A fraudster should not be handling any cards. You had NO problem swiping my card, but cant refund it until brian comes in next week? I will be reporting this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I got a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Fries. My chicken was a gray color,looked boiled,no seasoning at all, bread was wet,and a sliver of tomato! I'm only giving 1 star, because the fries were edible. Please do better! I will not be eating here again,but others will.

I wish brenda ran an orphanage in subsaharan Africa. She was really nice. Sweet lady. Food was good as usual.

Friends and I came through and had 3 separate meals.. paid for extra sauces and seasonings and extra fries… only got 1 ranch and pretty much no seasonings on fries. No napkins, silverware, or straws. Extra fries were not there also.

Order through Uber eats and when it was delivered half my order was wrong . took the time to drive over 30 minutes to the actual location to get the correct food and asked for a replacement on my whole meal as it was also cold and they refused. So I paid Uber fees, took the time to drive so we could have dinner and they refused to replace my whole meal, only the missing item .

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT FOOD! This location CONSTANTLY MESSES UP ORDERS. Order food through the app, expect for half your order to be missing and then expect another 15 minutes to sit there while you wait for the incorrect food. What a waste of time and money.

First time every eating at a Zaxby’s. Turns out the chicken is pretty darn good. I got the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries, and destroyed about 2/3 of it before getting full. All of it was fresh- including the sweet tea (had just the right amount of sugar, not too sweet). Good stuff!
