I stopped by to check them out due to I am trying to get my A1C down and lose weight to become healthier. The guy that worked there was super friendly and the food I bought so far is amazing. I will be returning.

Excellent place! You can even “build a case” of Alani which I learned during my first visit last night. Guy who runs Lewisburg location was super friendly, went above & beyond about telling me how to order vegetarian dishes online to have them delivered to Lewisburg location. Definitely recommend them for #healthy #keto #protein and other #nutrition needs

BYT makes meal prepping easy & delicious! The staff is super knowledgable and helpful. The stores are stocked and clean with microwaves & booths so you can heat & eat on the spot. BYT is your one stop shop for food, drinks, snacks & supplements. Do yourself a favor and go see them!

I stopped in, chose the Keto Taco Turkey. It was delicious. The young man behind the counter was very nice.I learned a little about low carb and high carb foods. Thank you.. ..and I spied the cheese cake..

This place should definitely be on your radar as they have amazing food choices! Like the only other places in town are fast food options, but this place actually has quality meals you can go in and pick up (they are in a container in a cooler) and then warm up and eat there OR take it back to your office. They have a large variety too. I've gotten about 6 different ones now and I've loved all those prepped meals (the Teriyaki chicken one was probably my favorite with the yum-yum sauce on the side). This place is just amazing so check it out once and you will definitely taste the quality difference compared to 90% of the other places in town!

Very informative and I learned so much about different foods and supplements a short time! I’m extremely impressed! So happy to have this type of place in Lewisburg!
