Just went through the drive thru with my husband and we politely asked for a new drink because it tasted like the syrup had run out in their Dr Pepper. And let me tell you for as much money as they put into the remodel you’d think they could afford some new employees with a better attitude or at least hire some people who aren’t crack heads.

I ordered a whopper combo on the kiosk. It gave me a ticket that said, " Order not delivered to kitchen. Reorder at counter. " I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes with no one even giving me a second glance. I said, " Excuse me " and the manager responded, " Order at the kiosk " . I told her that I had additional gave me a ticket to order here. She ignored me. Her son who was around 7 - 10 years old was in the dining room alone said, " mom ". She looked in his direction and saw me turned back around and ignored me again. In a couple of minutes she sent a worker to help me. I gave her my order and received it a few minutes later. The burger patty was the thinest I had ever seen at any fast food establishment. Having eaten at many Burger King franchises, I haven't seen a burger this thing and wonder if the franchisee ( owner ) has the ability to government this. Very disappointed.

Went to lunch today...giving them a try after remodeling...well it was again a disappointment..got the mushrooms burger...bread over cooked, cheese wasn't even melted was very dry, fries over cooked and cold .crazy thing waited over 6 minutes for cold food..

Ordered new sourdough shroom and swiss burger, got a mushroom swiss on a sesame seed bun. What the heck! Tasty but not what I wanted. Maybe next time?

So I decided to give it a try since tge remodel. Well my whopper was burnt, onions had green spots and frozen coke smelled and tasted like mold. I called and advised the manager and all she could say was I'm sorry. I will continue to drive to Columbia whenever I want to eat out. Lewisburg has the most horrible restaurants not to mention the workers look dirty with dirty fingernails. Don't let the new remodel fool you.

No sauce for the nuggets, had to wait a little long for being the only customer and it being a pretty basic order. The whopper looked kind of whimpy but tasted fine.
