So, our food was absolutely fine. Here's some big observations though. Let's start with training. Management was very disorganized and visibly distraught. When we walked in the lobby had two gentlemen waiting, both online orders and both had complaints that their orders had been taking over 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very upset. They were short staffed but disorganized a d the manager kept yelling for the employees to figure things out and she would walk into the open office and just sit and say she didn't know what to do. Not good for the public eye but she, along with the employees present could be trained properly on how to handle confusion and chaos and this problem could be simplified. I'm not sure how each store is owned or operated but someone should step in and correct this and this establishment would be great. KFC should always be a good exterior a customer and not a dreaded thought as a last option.

We've been having problems with the service at this location and this was a last attempt to use KFC again. Today it was the chicken. There was barely any skin on it ( a little was hanging greasily to a few pieces. The entire bucket was a soppy mess of skinless greasy chicken. I didn't even feed it to the cats outside . It smelled of old grease as well. 30 bucks down the drain. So the service and food are lacking tremendously.

Order missing items and what was given to us is wrong. Paid for a 3 piece and only got two. Got the wrong sides. Wrong sides for the kids’ order. Told to pull up and wait even though no one else was in line. Overall just terrible.

Don’t know how this KFC in Lewisburg Tn is staying opened! When I visited there on today. Alot of arguing, no chicken to pass out but barely original. Gave me left over, overcooked pieces of chicken. Other stuff I ordered I paid and while waiting for over 20 mins I was then told they were out of what I ordered cause drive through took it all. Keep in mind no one was in drive- thru when I came in to place my order. So that tells me no matter what order you come in or what time you place your order, drive-thru comes first. Very unprofessional, unclean atmosphere, bathrooms are disgusting. Will NOT return. I will choose POPEYES over this place any day!!

Today is 9/14/25 & I LITERALLY picked up my food about 10mins ago. It is now 4:49 PM. I pulled up in the DT to pick up my online order and they were missing some items. The lady at the window seemed upset that I was asking for the things that they missed. Upon coming home I noticed that I was missing the biscuit that came with my meal. I won't cry over an item, but it's the fact that if someone is paying money for food, they should get all the items their money was spent on. I have not had KFC in YEARS and I was so excited to try it again. I am very disappointed. I too work in customer service and understand mobile ordering. Please make sure employees are truly double checking orders like your sticker on the bag claims. You were not in peak so there was time for this to be right.

This location acts like I’m doing something wrong just wanting to order some chicken. They are always rude if it’s any time after, what? 7pm?? I came by the other day and got a bucket, they forgot our drinks and for whatever reason were very rude about it. We got in the car and there’s no joke, a half an inch of oil in the bottom of the bucket. I’ve lived in the south my whole life I’ve never see that before. All the chicken, except for the drum sticks, had zero breading and looked like it had been thrown in the box. I looked closer and realized some of it wasn’t even fully cooked, I had ate a little at this point and I’m still sick from it. Absolutely insane behavior I get it’s just a fast food place but you are serving human beings food. Also mind you I was the only customer and there was SEVERAL crew members and a manager on their phone. There was zero excuse for it and I’m not coming back for another round of spiteful food poisoning. I work in food service and understand how hard it is, that being said this was lazy and disrespectful and I would NEVER do this to someone at my workplace. If you don’t like working in the food industry you should probably just find another job.

The lobby was super clean but I've never in my life seen more incapable cashiers. I ordered a $7 up size with Mac and Cheese and a Fry. After her AND the shift leader on duty worked together to correct the total it was still wrong. Out of embarrassment, I just left it alone and paid the $13. something. Then when I got the order the mac and cheese was dry and the chicken was way smaller than average and bone dry as well. The only thing that is any decent here is the cleanliness. The cooking and service was a disgrace to the KFC name.

Came here for a late lunch around 2 pm only to wait for someone to come to the register for 10 minutes to take our orders. Me and a friend each ordered a chicken sandwich, it took 15 minutes to get them. After the wait we found that the chicken wasn't even fresh, and the sandwich were poorly put together. The chicken not even fully on the bread, and so much mayonnaise that it was so messy we almost couldn't taste the chicken. The staff was nice, but slow and careless with just about everything. I saw them for real scratching their bottoms and going right back to touching food. It's disgusting.

When there to eat supper chicken was dried out and shriveled up from being in warmer to long Definitely to to hire some people had 2 people working that's the worst I've ever seen KFC in Lewisburg bathrooms were disgusting need some managers that take pride in there work not someone who doesn't care what they serve!!
