I have placed 2 orders in the last 2 weeks, both on the app. Both times I have arrived at the store after I was sent the notification that my food was ready for pick up. Both times I have had a minimum of 15 minute wait for the food that should have been ready when I arrived. That is the entire point of putting the order in ahead of arriving. That is why they market the app. It's so frustrating. The store is never busy but for some reason they always seem to be so confused or rushed or something and there has consistently been something wrong or forgotten about the orders. I just dont understand what is happening. Glad Zaxbys is next door.

Here's the thing, the food sizes have shrunk, and the price have inflated like a balloon! The good still tastes good, but I'm not happy about the Tiny tenders that I'm paying $10 for.

Went drive-thu was asked if I could wait ended up waiting 10 min to order. Placed order they said they don't serve what was on line at store "family meal 8 pcs original and 8 tenders with 2 sides" is what I wanted. So ordered them separately or so I thought order was not reiterated back to verify nor do they have a screen. Pulled up to window to pay was asked to pull forward and wait for food. What I received was 2psc meal 8 tenders 2 small sides. Spoke with the server about my order told him what I want and would pay difference. What I got then was just 2 lg sides biscuits still no chicken. At this point I drove away and will never buy kfc from this location ever again. Felling sad as a former employee of kfc.
5 original chicken strips.. Very dry and tough. If you serve chicken like this you have no standards. Throw it out when it's old, do you wanna eat old chicken? I will not return..

Every single time I come here, whether it’s drive thru or inside, the staff acts like they don’t know what they are doing. And it never fails! There is ALWAYS an unreasonable amount of wait time. Why would you not have ANY chicken dropped during ‘dinner time’ What in the actual **** is going on at this location dude. SLOW SLOW SLOWWWWW I can’t imagine how they act during a ‘rush’ This is pathetic I’ve lived down here over a year now and it’s the same bs, Get it together.

Congratulations to KFC lewisburg you have now tied with 4 other restaurants I will not eat at when your drink machine break and you pour me and my wife a cup of syrup and rush us on our way I will take my dollars elsewhere
KFC deserves a full 5 stars for their outstanding service and quality. The online ordering process was incredibly easy and convenient. The store itself was spotless, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness. The employees were friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more pleasant. And of course, the food was tasty and offered great value. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!
