KFC in Lewisburg Tn, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I never heard anyone say" be right with you or welcome to KFC". I finally had to leave because I only have an hour for lunch.

Had me pull up and wait when Noone else had to. Did not put my mashpotatoes in my box. And should have told me the brownie was frozen instead of me getting back to work to find out. ? will not eat here again.

That chizza thing was disgusting and took 30min to get order. Cheese wasn't melted, pepperoni wasn't cooked. The sauce tasted like the cheapest marinara you could imagine. Totally failed, KFC. Plus this thing was a 12.99 meal, it was basically 4 nuggets with nastiness on top.

The lady at the front counter Misty was absolutely amazing. Her and as she calls him Mr James were the only ones working and even though they were behind and swamped they were positive, fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband had a stroke 2 years ago. The entrance is perfect for his wheelchair.

Ordered 1 chicken sandwich. Got it out of the bag after i left the drive-thru and the chicken was literally soaked and dripping in grease. Disgusting!!! Didn’t take one bit and into the trash, $ wasted.

Make sure to always check your bag. This location has forgotten my extra biscuits or sides the past 3 times we have ordered here. Also service is extremely slow. Had to wait 35 mins to get my order

Ordered a 3pc meal all white meat. Pulled out of drive thru checked my order and it was 2pc dark meat, so I went back through and told them. Allnthey did was throw a piece of chicken in a box and hand it to me still dark meat and shut the window and walked away. I was running late for work or I would have continued complaining but they were very rude, won't be back. I'll drive to columbia if I want KFC from now on but unlikely
We spent 65 dollars to get bad drinks and cold fries the manager acted like it was ok to do us like that she refused to give me a refund she claimed the the peach mountain dew was fine and all it tasted like was carbonated water .
