Was wonderful Saturday night only one Manager and 3 other employees at 1130 but was correct did and the manager that help my family with food was great and friendly she has been there about 4yrs she great and the children respect her thank you much

Ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. We were not able to tell what the piece of meat was supposed to be. IT WAS NOT SUSAGE. Could not even eat the hotcakes as they did not taste fresh. Almost as if they were a day old.

The ones rating this place high, are delusional or they work there! This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been many times due to it being so close to my work! 90% of the time in the drive through, you're told to pull ahead and they'll bring it out. Every time I end up sitting there 10 minutes and have to go in and get my order which is almost always wrong. So now I just order the cheapest things on the menu and usually if/when they mess up my order, it's an upgrade. Tired of paying more for something and it's always wrong. The leadership here is worried about being friends with employees and not making them do their job. This place seriously needs management to come in and completely clean house! There are a few, very few employees, like 2, that are solid here!

I’ve tried this McDonald’s 3 separate times this year. After dissatisfaction all 3- it’s a strike out. I feel like I need to write a review. First time, billboard under the Golden Arches said open at 4:30! Great! I got in drive thru at 4:55. Waited til 5:05. Seen people in there… no answer. 2nd trip, ordered 20 pc McNuggets for me and my husband with hot mustard. Got home…NO sauce at all. 3rd time. TODAY. Waited in line for 9 minutes for a large coke. People honking and pulled to the side waiting on their orders. I just pulled out of line and left. What is going on Lewisburg McDonald’s?

By far worse McDonalds I’ve been to stood at register for 15 minutes and didn’t get any service. Use cornersville McDonalds if it’s possible.
Tried going through the drive thru and was told it would be 10 to 15 mins before they could take orders. When I was the only one in line besides the two cars that pulled up as I was driving off. They were told the same as they pulled off behind me. Not the 1st this has happened to me and has happened to friends of mine too.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in a fast food place and I'm 60 I go there at 7 AM and don't get my food until 7:40 the entire time I'm there the general manager TAMMY is sitting out in her car texting instead of helping her employees while they're inside being cussed out with 2 lines of cars in their drive through Tammy needs to be replaced
