Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in a fast food place and I'm 60 I go there at 7 AM and don't get my food until 7:40 the entire time I'm there the general manager TAMMY is sitting out in her car texting instead of helping her employees while they're inside being cussed out with 2 lines of cars in their drive through Tammy needs to be replaced

I placed an order through the McDonald's app for two Shamrock Oreo McFlurries and when my wife arrived at McDonald's the ice cream/shake machine was down and my two shamrock McFlurries were replaced with two apple pies which are of much lesser value. I don't understand why McDonald's cannot just refund the money back to my card or put a credit on my app for the item that they were out of instead of jipping me every time and giving me something that costs them less and I still pay for a McFlurry or a shake. This has happened almost every time I've used my app to order. This is mostly an app issue but it's also a little bit of a customer service problem.

Unless there isn't a line, you will wait in the drive-thru. It seems that every time I go there, they are short staffed, and there is a LONG wait. It took us 30 minutes to get through today (3/2/25). I would avoid for awhile.

This place needs to just be shut down never open in the morning on time and at night you sit in line for over 20 mins before the girl that is sitting down in the drive thru says will you be using the app the workers are extremely rude inside and out

I ordered two sausage biscuits with eggs, but I received two biscuits with only meat. I asked for replacements, and they gave me the same thing again. Always check your order!

To avoid their drive-thru timer accurately displaying how long it takes for you to get your food, they will have you and 5 other cars sitting for minutes in the parking lot for your food as they continue to take orders through the drive-thru. Other than the wait, food is always good and accurate.

We went thru a drive thru at 9:46 and now it's 10:20 we waited for 2 drinks, 2 drinks and still waiting and people are passing us with there order, it's now 10:30 and just got them, and u can tell it's been sitting there for a while the whip cream is milk now.

We waited 15 minutes for a 10 piece meal and a large coffee. No drink was given and our order was never called out. We talked with someone else and they also waited a long time, so it wasn't just us.

All while a large group of kids were being berated by some random manager for some reason. She loudly asked one of the hispanic kids if they were an alien, and I don't think she would've done that if he were white.

Overall it seems like the core of all the issues is bad management.

I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I rarely eat fast food and certainly don’t go inside. I just had a wonderful meal. The lady that took my order was amazing , she was so kind, checked on me when I was eating, it really was a great experience and the food was actually pretty good.

Most McDonalds seem to share the same issue. Ignoring their counter customers. I walked up behind a customer placing an order. Staff walked away and never returned.
