Set a delivery order. Website shows they open at 10:30, delivery services show they open at 10:30. The man working yelled at my delivery driver and shut the door in her face stating they don't open until 11. I canceled my order, asked my driver to still show up to delivery address--made sure she got a good tip for what she had to go through. If this is how you run your business, I will not be back. Rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He stated he was the manager on duty. I would like corporate or the store manager to contact me.

I received someone else’s order in my delivery. Instead of specialty pizzas and cheese sticks I reviewed single topping pizzas and breadsticks. After numerous tries to reach the store no one would answer the phone, and customer service directs you to the store. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better Pizza Hut, you are not giving great small town experiences. I know this review will do no good as it seems this company does not respond to anyone else’s reviews but be forewarned!

Pizza Hut is not what it once was, it's pretty bad when you prefer Tombstone frozen pizza over Pizza Hut! The facility was dirty and the staff in the back was visibly not happy.

Just ordered 4 pizzas hand tossed. They delivered paper thin limp pizzas. I took a bite and had to spit it out it was so salty and nasty. It all went in the trash! Wasted almost $100. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's actually comical when I go through the app to place my order, and at the end of the checkout process the app asks if I want to leave an 18-25% tip for the worker to put my pizza in the oven.
I walked in and the guy behind the counter said nothing, he didn't tell me the total, I had to remind him he was missing one of my boxes, then he said nothing as I left. Great service, right?
You want me to leave a tip for that service? You all are comical and I'd never tip you to put a pizza in the oven. This service is why you work for minimum wage.

I waited inside over an hour for my carry out order that they stated would be HOT and READY at 6:10 pm. Finally they gave me my order at 7:16 pm. My breadsticks were very cold and subpar in taste.
