I have had 2 carryout which was suppose to include a extra side of bacon, both orders were incorrect and I was charged the full amount. I was told today that the side order was in the package but it was not. I have wasted 10 dollars on orders which I did not get.

Cook served me ruined bacon. It was the worst tasting bacon, I think it was spoiled. I literally spit my bite into a napkin. I got to pay and the cook rings my bill up. She charged me for said bacon, even though she knew it was bad and I wouldn't eat it. She was rude and hostile.

I spent $61 for 4 bowls and had to go back to get the correct order. 3 of the bowls were basically inedible, hard clumpy grits,hash browns fried crispy. I was Very Disappointed in the Lack of quality of Food from WH. I will NOT order from here again 😡

We had a party of 8, and our waitress was attentive, super sweet, and did a phenomenal job. Food was good, and everything was correct. We sat for hours, talking, until a crowd came in, and everyone working checked on us to see if we needed refills or anything else, the whole time. Very happy with our service.

The food was good but was really wanting a refill on my coffee and she just seemed like she didn't need to come speak to us again. Very disappointed in this waffle house due to service. So Valerie was our server for future heads up.
