The food and service were fine. However I told the employee at the register that there was a liquid spill on the floor, and they said they'd get it cleaned up but we were there at least 20 minutes and they never did. Someone could have slipped and fallen. As we were leaving I put napkins over it to warn people.

I use the app to order and pick up curbside. I stopped ordering my Quarter pounder with bacon because I wouldn't get the bacon! Now I have to check if my double is correct because I received a single! Taking advantage of people in the drive-thru!

I don’t know what’s going on here but when we walked in the horrible smell almost knocked us down. Part of the ceiling was falling out in the dining room. Men’s bathroom out of order. Women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper and disgusting. I will not be back.

This locations service declines tremendously after 10pm because faithfully they break down the frosty machine and sometimes even earlier than that even tho they close at 1am so never expect a frosty after hours they will say the machine is broken. Also the food service declines after that time as well and prepare to wait 30min for your order and not all menu item be available because they start shutting down early leaving only a few items available.. Again they they close at 1am but they stop serving around 12:30am which is disappointing to customers and delivery services..This is my honest opinion, So if you have encountered any of the above issues I'm sure you would understand!

Slow as hell waiting in line was 3rd car in line waited 10 mins to order then get to window pay and have to pull up behind the same two cars and wait more because they were waiting on biscuits at 10am in the morning. Total rubbish

Wendy’s has been a classic fast food restaurant. After a baseball tournament my family wanted something to pick up after a long hard day. It is very unfortunate that the Wendy’s in Lewisburg has incredibly rude service. When going through the drive through we asked the lady to finish the order after not getting it right the first time. The cashier was very rude and almost put out that we asked her to do her job. Never have I felt like asking if the window girl had ever learned ANY manners and definitely zero customer service. She completes the order and slammed the window without a word. We waited until she returned and asked if we could get straws? Too much for her. Again extremely rude and no longer a classic place.
