Slow as hell waiting in line was 3rd car in line waited 10 mins to order then get to window pay and have to pull up behind the same two cars and wait more because they were waiting on biscuits at 10am in the morning. Total rubbish

Wendy’s has been a classic fast food restaurant. After a baseball tournament my family wanted something to pick up after a long hard day. It is very unfortunate that the Wendy’s in Lewisburg has incredibly rude service. When going through the drive through we asked the lady to finish the order after not getting it right the first time. The cashier was very rude and almost put out that we asked her to do her job. Never have I felt like asking if the window girl had ever learned ANY manners and definitely zero customer service. She completes the order and slammed the window without a word. We waited until she returned and asked if we could get straws? Too much for her. Again extremely rude and no longer a classic place.

I ordered a baconator breakfast combo. I picked up the order about 7:45 on 1/19, a Sunday morning. Not a single customer was in the drive through line or inside. I ordered online and drove the 3 miles there immediately. No reason my food couldn't have been fresh. The seasoned potatoes were hard and room temp. The Cinnabon pullapart was inedible, hard, and dry. It must have been warmed in the microwave for 3 minutes longer than the necessary 20 seconds. The sandwich was good, but I mainly went for the Cinnabon and potatoes. Very disappointing. All but the sandwich went in the trash.

Food was cold and the girl at drive thru was lazy and super rude. The order was wrong and we didn't get everything we ordered but was charged for it. I contacted the cooperate office to see if I can get refund. I would never return to the Lewisburg TN location they are horrible in every way

Deara at the drive through was extremely rude for no reason.
I don’t know what has happened to this Wendy’s recently! This is the second time in one week that they have severely screwed up my order… Tonight I they completely gave us the wrong drinks. We ordered a Sprite Zero and a Vanilla Frosty. What we got was a Coke Zero that had no flavoring and we got NO frosty! Last order we had the drink also had little to no flavoring, just tasted like carbonated water. And the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich had no bacon, no cheese, no ranch. All it had was a chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo…
