Bud just shut the doors. My brisket taste like it came out of a crock pot. It was in big hunks and not sliced. And vinegar slaw there is nothing but cabbage. I know I don’t have a brisket plate mine was chuck roast.

First time eating Ziffel's. I dined in for lunch on a Thursday. The server was friendly and fast. Pulled pork and sides were excellent and came out fast!
Ate lunch again on a Thursday. Had the lunch special with the vinegar slaw. I enjoyed it.

Great find. Home made food treasure. I like sliced brisket and this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Very lean and very tender and the sweet & spicy sauce was perfect. Fried okra was amazing. Lightly breaded, perfectly fried, and the Cajun seasoning was a difference maker. Mac n cheese was very creamy and so good. Apparently their potato salad is a thing and I got a taste of it and would say it is a can’t miss item. it’s just crazy how good it was. Somehow the perfect blend of flavor. I love this place because I like the love that goes into homemade cooking and this is where you’ll find it. 😊🥰😋

Was always a little nervous to try this place since they are usually not very busy took my family,gave it a try and it was all phenomenal,we tried multiple menu items,the chicken tenders were amazing,place seemed clean,only complaint I really had were the burgers were kinda small,tasty but small,but I'm still giving this a 5 star none the less,will be back!

Catered for my company Christmas party for the second year and they didn't disappoint!!
We went in to eat at 6pm on Friday and were the only ones in the whole restaurant. The pulled pork and BBQ sauce were really good, but the sides were pretty lackluster. Overall it was a pretty good meal.

I really enjoyed the fish sandwich I had ordered before it filled up the bun. But this time I was really disappointed. It was two small pieces of fish on a big bun. If l wanted two small pieces of fish on a bun I would have gone to Captain D'S. I won't be ordering it again, and if I want a good fish sandwich I will drive to Columbia to Long John Silvers. Food is expensive, but the sandwich was shameful.
