This place is never open their posted hours! I have come a few times at 9p (dining room is posted to be open until 10p & drive thru until 11p) and they tell us we can't eat inside because the lobby is closed.

We had 11 people,kids and adults. Huge order and everything was correct. Food was hot and good. I don't remember the last time that has happened at any type of restaurant! A+ and thank you.

States they open @6 am, sign in window is red states open. Went to drive threw no response.

Ordered a Vanilla MooLatte received a Vanilla MooLatte with big chips of ice PLUS ground nuts. Called the location TWICE(hung up on 1st time) and was told MooLattes did not have nuts. On the way home stopped by location and showed them the contents with the ground nuts. Manager/owner told me that there were no nuts in cup. It was something else but not nuts. The kitchen staff was laughing that I was complaining.
HORRIBLE LOCATION. Will not be back.

I am beyond disappointed in our local Dairy Queen. Out of all the places it used to the one “good place” we had in Lexington.
Tonight out of all places to go I chose DQ because they used to have the best blizzards & shakes. We purposely got out of bed & drove there just for a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard & my husband a chocolate shake. $10 for a mini blizzard & a medium shake. Yea that’s pricey but so is a lot of things so we chose to spend our BUDGETED MONEY here even tho it’s high. The girl at the window handed my husband the shake & the blizzard without turning it upside down which was a red flag immediately until he gave me a MELTED BLIZZARD. His shake was the same. Had she turned them upside down it would’ve spilled everywhere & she knew that.
I’m tired of this happening EVERYWHERE WE GO so I had my husband park so we could go inside & get this fixed
The manager was outside so I approached him and showed him the melted blizzard. He also had an awful attitude towards me but did offer to replace it. While we were talking I looked in and noticed the girl who handed us our things from the window along with 2 other girls staring out at us.
We went in and I complained. Which is my right. There were two white girls working behind the counter and they both had an attitude. One of them was saying something under her breath while shaking her head like I did something wrong. I am a paying customer. This should not have happened. I’ve spent hundreds over dollars over the years at this location.
Me nor any of my family will ever support this location again. And I’ll continue to tell anyone I ever hear talking about going here what happened to us & will encourage them not to go.

Pancake was almost raw and didn't understand how to cook eggs so got scrambled and it was 4 fork full and that was all for $20

Their service was rude and the banana split I just ordered sucked, it did not have any pineapple or any strawberries or any cherries and it did not have any walnuts on the top either smh… so very disappointed, this place used to be the best ice cream place around and now it sucks

I'm not one to complain but not only were they rude at the speaker when taking my order they didn't even listen to exactly what I wanted and pretty much made everything in the opposite way it was supposed to be made and then smile at me when they handed the food I figured everyone has a bad day but I know now that they only smiled because they made my order wrong presumably on purpose and I'm not the type of person to make a big fuss but if another customer makes you mad don't take it out on others is bad for business and probably why hardly anyone likes to eat here
