This is by far my favorite coffee in town and has been for years. The owner is so sweet and down to earth. I love talking to her. Jitters gives that hometown vibe that is so welcoming.

First time in today at Jitters and it’ll definitely not be my last! The folks who were working were so kind and welcoming, the menu has a huge selection for everyone, even kids! Delicious pastries and drinks, I definitely recommend trying the Southern Pecan Latte!

Fantastic coffee and super knowledgeable and kind staff!
We were out of state for a family event and made sure to come back every day for coffee and pastries.
Zoe was so kind and personable! We couldn’t say anything more positive about this place!

The mocha frappe is the best I've had. Other places drown out the coffee taste in their frappe, but Jitters taste perfect. Worth the money!! Now, please hire people with a little more enthusiasm. The cashier seemed as if she had better things to do. When a customer walks in, please say "Hello", or any greeting.... It's better than, "what can I get for you".Edit..Says online they're open Fridays.. Went Friday about 1:30 pm.. and they were closed.

Had a strange experience at Jitters today. I walked in while a female was painting the window sign outside. Now, It’s a beautiful sunny day, and I’m in a great mood. The lady who was painting walks in after me and walks up to the register, says nothing and just looks at me: no “hi” or “welcome to Jitters, what can I get started for you?” I broke the awkward silence with a cheery, “hey, how’s it going?” The employee responds with a lackluster “fine” and I just say something about needing caffeine. I ask what she has as far as drip coffee, and she just says something along the lines of “just regular drip coffee” — nothing about the blend, origin of the coffee, light or dark roast etc. She then says she doesn’t have anything fresh, and leaves it at that. Now that would’ve been the opportunity to wow a customer by offering to make a fresh pot (it’s not that hard to do, and something plenty of coffee shops have offered to me in the past). She then offers to make an americano, which is at a much higher price point, but I just end up ordering a latte, and another drink for my wife. At no point in my interaction with the Jitters employee, or being inside the coffee shop did I feel welcome, or like the employee enjoyed her job making coffee and interacting with the public. She actually avoided eye contact with me, weirdly.I will say, the drinks were made quickly, and the latte is actually decent, but I’m likely to not return due to the unwelcome feeling I got from doing business with this place. I’ve worked in so many public facing jobs, and it’s truly not difficult to be good with people. This might’ve been left out of training, but here goes: 1. Smile 2. Be welcoming, it’s a miracle people are walking into your business every time 3. Ask questions, ask about someone’s day - and in a sales job, upsell them! Offer a muffin with a latte, or mention a new item 4. Thank them for coming (again, the miracle thing) and ask them to come back soon.

I travel a lot for work and finding gems like this is partially why I avoid the big chains. That and honestly I find coffee shops like this do a better job. If I was local to this area, this would definitely be my go to coffee shop. The coffee was great and the owner was super friendly!
