This is the second time we came to this kfc since moving and the food is always mostly unwrapped and the service is poor they act like they can’t hear you and then all of a sudden they can hear you perfectly fine 0-10.

Terrible place to go for lunch. Waited forever for someone to take our order. Only saw one employee for the longest time. Finally someone took our order. Got our food and it was cool but definitely not hot. Didn't get our cups for our drinks. Waited a few minutes to their attention. Several tables had not been cleaned. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was filthy. I wouldn't even touch the lavatory faucet for being so dirty.

Not a single table was clean. No napkins (in a fried chicken place??), no condiments for the biscuit. We got our food and left rather than eat at a dirty table and get all messy from eating the chicken on site with nothing to wipe hands clean. Disappointed. The Colonel would be embarrassed 😳

Been up there about 6 times, 4 different days and they claim to not have chicken every time. It’s KFC. I don’t see how they’re still up and running without never having chicken. Called up there to get the store owners name and a way to contact them they gave me totally wrong number.

I was there today, 7-26-25 and I ordered the $24 family meal, fried pickles and a number 74, and that was a chicken nugget meal for the kids, got home and only had just the family meal, this place need to watch what people orders, probably won’t go back there.

While I’m not only new to the area but KFC as well. The staff were nothing but open, sweet, and all out welcoming to me and helping me figure out what to try. I went with the famous bowl and am loving it. If you want somewhere clean and welcoming to come to in order to escape the heat I recommend you come here!
Today around noon we wanted to get something from the drive through and the girl that was supposed to take our order was rude enough that I pulled away and went somewhere else.

Ordered original and it was really crunchy. Expressed that to the cashier. She swore it was original. Told her I've been eating that chicken for 53 years and if that's original they need to close the doors. Old people can't eat chicken that crunchy. Thought it was funny as I walked away. So I threw my $10 lunch in the trash on the way out cause can't chew that crunchy a chicken. Little girl, that isn't KFC quality chicken. And your lack of appreciation for us older ladies is disrespectful. They definitely don't make them like they used to.... applies to KFC chicken and KFC employees. Don't worry I'm not coming back. Horrible food. Horrible lunch experience. Leaving it here and moving on to enjoy my day. (Something is wrong with your chicken)!!!!!!
