Good atmosphere. It's exactly what you expect when you look through the windows. Fairly quick on service. Smells great inside. Clean nice and neat. The food was flavorful. But the meats were dry/Overcooked. I'm sure this isn't common. I ordered the chicken/steak/shrimp fried rice and crazy roll. The sushi was good also.

Not bad, but could have been better. Veggies where in large pieces and barely cooked, would much rather have smaller pieces and cooked with rice. Chicken was ok, but just ok. Food is supposedly cooked to order, but very slow. Inside of building looks run down and even more run down behind the counter. Employees kids where climbing on the counter and taking drinks out of the cooler and putting them back, not small children...

So while I was waiting for me food, the lady was sitting by drive thru eating. Then she got up to argue with her kid smh. Then she had the nerve without washing her hands, start flicking whatever off the tongs n mixed my food. That just ruined it n never again Ling ling. She started to argue bout it but I ain't have time just got my money back. Not a clean and sanitary place to eat

Very good food. We drive out of our way a couple times every month to get Teriyaki chicken takeout from Ming. The restaurant is always clean, food delicious, and our order has always been correct when we got home. We wish we had a Japanese place like this closer to home.
I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. Steak was over cooked and tough. The shrimp was borderline rubbery. The star of the dish was the vegetables. Rice was bland, tasteless, and wasn't fried very well. There yum yum sauce is not the trademarked yum yum sauce that every other hibachi style restaurant I have eaten. It is white and doesn't taste the same.
Service it's what you expect from a counter service restaurant. The dining room was clean.

Ordered the dragon roll but it had a skimpy amount of eel on it despite being advertised as having a good amount on it. Great disappointment.
