Very good food. We drive out of our way a couple times every month to get Teriyaki chicken takeout from Ming. The restaurant is always clean, food delicious, and our order has always been correct when we got home. We wish we had a Japanese place like this closer to home.
I eat here a lot. I especially like to eat beef and shrimp fried rice with yanyan sauce. There's a lot of sushi here that's also my favorite. The people here are friendly and I'll be back.
Boyfriend and I came in about 3:00 for a late lunch/early supper. Counter service, lady was nice. I ordered the hibachi vegetables and bf the teriyaki chicken. My vegetables were seasoned nicely, a bit of a sear on them, pieces were a bit too large for easy eating. Bf's teriyaki chicken was good, not great. Only real drawback was the fried rice. No amount of added soy sauce or yum yum sauce helped. So bland and flavorless. Portions were generous, price was reasonable. Overall...
