I can go to every sonic in the United States and never have an issue checking in to pick up a mobile app except this particular location. I have dealt with corporate called them told them and obviously that does no good which I know they’re gonna reply to this post and say if you wanted to escalated to the store, call this number blah blah blah, which has already been done and nothing comes of it. People order mobile so that they can get their items when they pull in And then when you call the store because that’s the only way you can get anybody to come and help you because they see you sitting in one of the mobile pick up stalls and they obviously know that check-in doesn’t work and no one comes and asked what your name is or anything but when you call, they answer the phone and act annoyed that you called. The owner of this location needs to fix the issue.

I will never go back to the Lexington, Tennessee Sonic again!! We set there for a damn hour before they got our order right! They screwed it up 3 times! NEVER AGAIN!!!😤😡😡

I ordered with my mobile app and when I arrived I was unable to check in. I pushed the button to let them know. Fifteen minutes go by. Mobile app says my food is ready but no one has brought it out. I push the button again. Whoever answered got an attitude and told me it would be right out. Another 10 minutes goes by before Janna brings me my $15 (+ the tip!) worth of cold, hard cheese sticks and watered down drinks. She tosses it at me like it's garbage. After it's been sitting on the counter for half an hour it pretty much is. It wasn't a complicated order and it wasn't busy. I wanted to send it back but didn't want to waste anymore time.

The chicken nuggets were fresh and crispy. The fried pickles were great. I would prefer chips rather than strips. The shake was very good!!!!!

Disappointed today. I ordered a number one meal and the fries dried out to a crisp. I ordered another order of fries and they came out hot, but still cooked almost to a crisp. I tipped the bell hop $5, only to be disappointed again. Maybe the fries are like this because they were much thinner than they usually are. I think I will ask if they have the plump fries before I purchase the next time.😂
I ordered three meals 1 , 5, 10 an got pickle fries an cheese sticks. Got home had number 5 an pickle fries an cheese sticks. 34.98 . One meal an small pickle fries an small cheese sticks might be 15-18 dollars. Got home fifteen miles away ain't going back you stick me for 20 dollars I'm done want never go back.

Went for 2 orders the lady who took out order was extremely rude and disrespectful turned off the speaker before we had completed both orders when she finally answered the speaker again 10 minutes later she was even more rude then the first time the food was cold the queso fries were completely horrible especially for being $4 each. Altogether it was definitely not worth $50

Ordered my food and got all the way home and it was undercooked. The meat was raw on my cheeseburger took it back up there. They replaced it with an overcooked cheeseburger just because it’s closing time does not mean that they do not give proper service now that they’re closed, I have to wait till the next day to try and get in touch with the manager and the number they have online claims to be a number that is no longer in service. I am really disappointed in Sonic and their employees and today’s date is September 30, 2014 and I ordered my food at 9:30 and they close at 10 PM
