The quality of the food and service depends heavily on the workers. Some are really friendly, welcoming and put your sandwich together with quality. On the other hand, with a few workers I've had a consistent problem, that when getting sauce on my sandwich, they will put all the sauce on the very edge of the bread instead of the crease. So when they close the sandwich, it all comes out of the sandwich onto the paper, and barely any sauce gets in the sandwich. Plus it covers the exterior of the sandwich in sauce, making a mess. These workers also don't close the sandwich well or put topings in well.

Best subway around here.
Way better than Parsons TN we drive to Lexington every time we want subway its so good. The portions are current they don't skimp they make the sandwiches really good here. Love that it has a drive thru for pick up orders as well. The employees are great. It's clean to.

Tried to use the app and app would not work but they will not honor their coupon when the default is on their company side not the customer.
CR is terrible; the sandwich was not made right, and the bread was tough and hard.
I had 3 teenage kids to go in & get their lunch today & the 2 ladies that was working was beyond rude to them. They asked one child what kind of sandwich, she told them the bread she wanted & the lady yelled at her saying “I said what sandwich”, they was slamming the oven thing & rolling their eyes at my kids.. We will NEVER be back to this location & will also be reporting this to the head of this corporation… There has been multiple people to say how rude the workers are there, if y’all can’t do no better than what yall are I’d advise yall to get new employees that like to work around the public!!

Ordered off the app thirty minutes before arrival. Arrived two minutes after the order on the app said ready for the employee to let me know someone had took my order. So after a little back and forth trying to figure out they finally made my food and ended up without half the order. Said screw it I'm just never going back to deal with them.

After eating at the restaurant Friday within 1 hour I was bent over with excruciating belly pain and diarrhea for the past two days Food
Poisoning. I ordered a cold cut sub. With vinegar and oil. Not a good experience. Won’t be back for a while -if ever.?
Ordered from app for pick up. Paid for extra cheese and meat on 2 footlongs. One had absolutely no cheese and definitely not extra meat. Also had the wrong bread. Other sandwich barely had meat and only had default amount of cheese. Double check your orders before u leave because they charge too much to be messing up orders. It was also not busy so it wasn't for that reason....

I'm constantly getting coupons in my mail box. I went to the store and as soon the owner saw a coupon in my hand, she rudely said "no coupons"The coupons clearly states that is for use in store or in app orders.

Make more bread. You shouldn't be running out of your two most popular breads 1.5-2 hours before closing. It happens every night I go. That's poor planning, not a rush.
